They continued to ignore me until I got a supervisor from FL to have it reopen and even then the woman opened and closed it without even waiting for a response. 2. There is another dispute open about a credit I have on my account. It was only to be used for delivery. The credit department decided to use my credit towards a payment that no one can tell me what it is for. I don't understand how no one can know what these charges are for! I've tried calling that department and someone picks up but doesn't speak, you just hear background noise. I have it recorded. So should PODS. 3. Another dispute in regards to an employee telling me that I wouldn't have to pay for the month of service because I'm taking my belongings out within the grace period. I have the call recorded as well I know PODS does and I have to wait 3-5 business days. Meanwhile, I do not have 3-5 business days to wait since I had to schedule my delivery 8 days in advance because it's going to take 8 days to go an hour and 20 min! No one could tell me why that was the case either. I was never told it would take that long to deliver. They don't tell you anything and they just come up with stuff as they go. I have the recording i know what she said and now I have to wait for them and they are saying they are going to cancel my delivery due to their lack of communication. I shouldn't have to have my stuff held hostage because they messed up! Again idk why it takes 8 days to deliver this stuff. It's 76 miles!!!!! Only 26 miles over the 50 mile "long distance" move. I should be able to get my stuff in a day!! I could literally travel to Florida and back like 3 or 4 times! This is crazy.They are holding my entire house worth of stuff hostage. They also didn't put The right amount of insurance on it! And denied me to get more!! they hang up on you and hold your stuff hostage!!!! the worst customer service!!!!!!!!!!! horrendous!!!!!!

I was not home at the time and my wife put me on the phone with the tech who apologized and said "you were probably sent a confirmation via text or email. It looks like it's been a busy week for you though so no worries if you missed it". I did not, in fact, miss any confirmation, since none was sent. When I called Cowleys to inquire what happened, they said they don't actually confirm these visits - they just show up?? But then why would you knock on my door if you don't need anyone to be present? This is WILDLY unprofessional behavior - not just showing up unannounced with chemicals in a home with a newborn, but then trying to gaslight me for your lack of communication. The entire phone call felt like the rep was annoyed at me and she did absolutely nothing to help beyond adding me to a "list" where they would notify me to confirm future visits. I've received confirmation from them in the past, so I don't know what happened on their end, but I cancelled my service with the rep immediately. What a waste of money this whole ordeal was. I DO NOT recommend these people at all.

I JUST unpacked my crate with the paintings that prompted me to use them over a regular mover in the first place and I can't overstate how much care went into packing them. They went the extra mile. Even the guy who delivered the pallets to me in Seattle said he could tell true professionals prepared my shipment. I wish someone had written a review on Yelp! before I found them, it would have put my mind at ease but I really had nothing to worry about. They were quick. I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. If I ever move back east, I want these guys to take care of my move. Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
