But worse yet they cancelled out the $10 in postage I already paid, so now to I have to pay postage twice. I don't expect much from any quasi government organization, but this is unacceptable! Over the…read morecourse of a year on several different occasions not ONE piece of Mail has ever been received from family,friends, or for bills. This place has cost us so much many for cancelling checks, losing gift cards, and worst of all loved ones just not receiving thank you or birthday cards. Spoke with office pretty much nothing can be done. Stay far away I'm pretty confident someone is stealing Mail or just throwing it in the trash out of this location.
