We were asked to wait in the lobby. 10:25 still no help. There were now two people at the counter and NO ONE else in the building except us and another passport appointment also at 10. When we asked about helping us since our appointments were 30 minutes earlier, we were rudely told that they were busy. And yet neither person was doing anything except getting change for a $20 bill. The thing I HATE is you know we need your help and you treat us like without any respect for our time. When asked about the policy for taking appointments Jonathan said there wasn't one and continued not to help us. Then finally at 10:45 helped the first family and then us. What should have been done at 10am now took us an hour and half trip. And after all of that Jonathan smugly acted like he was so "helpful" and kind. DO BETTER! Take appointments on time. The one behind the mall at Macy's is bad enough but at least they don't take lunch breaks or at least not that I know of. Something's always broken here if not multiple things.
