When it was my turn, the employee asked me to wait because she had to help customers waiting for printing and copying orders. She did a few of those people and then came back to me. Another customer further back asked if another Staples employee could come to help and she said no, she was alone. A+ for the worker who kept her cool and worked as fast as humanly possible.
