He came into my home without wearing a face mask. He took photos of my Sony TV and left. I called WE several times afterward to learn that they ordered a circuit board and a Sony remote. Then to our surprise, the board & remote were delivered to my home. I called WE to set another appt for March 16, 2021 @ 10:00 a.m. The repairman Dexter did not arrive until around 12 noon. I called WE @ 10:30 again @ 11:00 and again at 11:30. They gave me Dexter's phone number but calls to him gave me VOICE MAILBOX IS FULL. When he finally arrived, he did not replace the board, but I put fresh, new batteries in the new remote. But he used my Spectrum remote and the TV worked. After he left, my wife tried the new Sony remote and it did not work. I am totally frustrated with White Eagle!

The technical work was completed successfully, and our invoice was submitted to White Eagle on [06/15/2025] under [Immediate] terms.It has now been [387] days past the payment deadline. White Eagle Technologies has completely stopped communicating. They do not answer phone calls, reply to emails, or update their ticketing logs. Other IT service providers and warranty networks (like Asurion or Best Buy) should be aware that this company uses third-party repair shops to fulfill their contracts but fails to pay their bills.

The job was estimated to take 4-6 weeks but dragged on far beyond that with almost no communication or professionalism to the point that I had to reach out first every time and follow up on follow ups. When the crew finally showed up, they were outside yelling and slamming things so loudly that my girlfriend thought someone was breaking in. She could clearly hear them cussing and saying things like "f*** this house and f*** this job." They even tracked mud through the house without a second thought. I stayed patient and flexible with their delays, but things never improved. The company eventually offered a $300 discount to "make it right," which tells you how bad the experience was. Now, after the fact, I've reviewed the official well record, and it shows a total depth of only 30 feet -- even though the contract clearly states 50 feet. That says everything you need to know. I would never use this company again, and I strongly recommend anyone considering them look elsewhere. Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely lacking in accountability.

    Communication was horrible and poor customer service. Paid our down payment in August to get on the…read morelist. We had to call/text to get any sort of status. Finally in March they were ready to drill our well. We both knew it would likely be a difficult well. Any time we asked how deep they were or any question, we got about 100ft. First well did not work out. We had to call and ask several times and finally demand a time for the 2nd well to be drilled. Same issue no communication during the process. Only moved over 3 ft with same result. Left our yard a mess with mud in the gutters. Neighbors were upset. Took multiple texts to get them to come out to cap the wells and to clean up the mud. When the neighbors called to complain about the mud, tried to blame all the issues on us, gave out personal information about themselves that was not needed and was trying to get sympathy plus said they told us one thing but they didn't say that at all. Better communication on their part could have fixed everything. We chose this company because they had small equipment to get into our yard and they were a small family owned company.
