I went in on…read morea Friday to drop off a package with a designated return label, and to grab a box and some bubble wrap. The young man that checked me out was very nice and helped me purchase my stuff. While he was helping me with my return package a lady came up behind him and told him that he needed to tell me to get back if I am not ready to ship my package out. I advised the lady I was also making a purchase; she rolled her eyes and went back to her own customer. I was told I couldn't mail my return package because the slip was wrong or something. What we. Now on Saturday I went back to mail a different package - you know the one I bought the day before. The lady that checked me out said "I'll have to charge you for this box." I asked her why because I purchased it yesterday and I walked in with it. The woman argued with me about the box being date stamped. She told me if I cannot prove I bought the box she will charge me for it. While continuing to speak to me in a condescending tone I dug through my bag and found the receipt. This woman did not apologize to me. Furthermore, she was ringing me up and could not read the address on the box, I told her the address and she replied "you don't have to be rube," so I advised her the same. She rang me up and then half ass apologized to me. I'll probably never go back to that post office UPS here I come.

My carrier refused to deliver some packages to me (even though they have in the past). I asked for a redelivery, still refused to deliver and ended up returning my package without a final notice! So frustrating and the post office worker pretty much called me a liar when I asked why they can't just deliver when they have in the past. She said that they don't get out of the car! Smh! Ridiculous!

For some reason the carriers in my area can "NOT" seem to deliver my packages and mail to the right…read morefreaking address. I am constantly missing mail. One issue is they keep delivering it to the wrong addresses because they have no idea where my house is apparently. I ordered a Bistro Set and I left "DETAILED" instruction about where to put the package. The "IDIOT" and "LAZY" carrier apparently left it at the mailbox which is a row of mailboxes along the side of a dirt road next to the railroad tracks. Like that doesn't scream "TAKE ME". Another thing that happens is the mark a package as delivered when it was NOT delivered then I will get it a few days later. WTF to that. STOP marking my stuff delivered when it has NOT been delivered to make your carriers look good. I don't want a refund I want my BISTRO SET because I got it on "SALE" for dirt cheap and I will have to pay full price if I want to buy another one. I am Extremely PISSED OFF because this keeps happening. WTF can't your carriers learn reading comprehension or at least TRAIN them to know the area.

I do not know what the heck is going on with our mail and why it is not being delivered to our…read moremailbox. This has been going on since before Christmas. Inform delivery shows we have mail for that day but then no mail is put in the mailbox. When I checked the mail delivery driver scanned into the system they couldn't access our mailbox which is crap. Our mailbox is on our house next to front door. Then they tried to say because of the construction and the construction is not even in front of our house it's three blocks from our house. Our mailbox can be easily access nothing is blocking it or anything. I am begin to wonder if the mail delivery driver is even coming to our house or if they even know how to do their job. Tomorrow when I have daylight I will be posting a picture of our mailbox and you will clearly see nothing is blocking our mailbox and no construction is going on. It's called profit, something needed for a business to stay open. The owner is awesome, and so friendly and polite. Personally, I print my own labels at home to save the money, but they still get paid by UPS/FedEx when you drop off items, so I'd encourage you to patronize them so we have a convenient place in our area. it's always clean, and they have a drive thru for smaller items!

While I was in there, I set my phone down on the counter to look at something on their computer screen. When I left, I forgot my brand new, very expensive phone. I had somebody at home call my phone, and they answered and said they had it. The couple who owns and runs this location is an Indian couple and they are honest. That is who answered my phone. They were there to pick up my phone and keep it for me to come back and get it. I am very grateful to them, honesty is something hard to find today, especially in business. On a more practical side, even though I didn't use them for anything complicated, it looked like they had your typical kinkos printing capabilities. They didn't have a computer set up if you need internet access on something other than a cell phone screen. When I came back to get my phone they had two UPS trucks outside. One was fast service and the other was regular ground. I seem to remember they said they can also ship through Fedex, but fedex sucks anyway, don't use them.
