From there, the young woman who helped me went right to work on ensuring the package I needed shipped was set just right: she got the most fitting size box for me, printed the mailing slip I had in an email, etc. She was so on point with everything. Interestingly, although this FedEx location is farther away from me (than the Rock Rd one), I deliberately chose it because of previous positive reviews. It's called profit, something needed for a business to stay open. The owner is awesome, and so friendly and polite. Personally, I print my own labels at home to save the money, but they still get paid by UPS/FedEx when you drop off items, so I'd encourage you to patronize them so we have a convenient place in our area. it's always clean, and they have a drive thru for smaller items!

While I was in there, I set my phone down on the counter to look at something on their computer screen. When I left, I forgot my brand new, very expensive phone. I had somebody at home call my phone, and they answered and said they had it. The couple who owns and runs this location is an Indian couple and they are honest. That is who answered my phone. They were there to pick up my phone and keep it for me to come back and get it. I am very grateful to them, honesty is something hard to find today, especially in business. On a more practical side, even though I didn't use them for anything complicated, it looked like they had your typical kinkos printing capabilities. They didn't have a computer set up if you need internet access on something other than a cell phone screen. When I came back to get my phone they had two UPS trucks outside. One was fast service and the other was regular ground. I seem to remember they said they can also ship through Fedex, but fedex sucks anyway, don't use them.

The young man that checked me out was very nice and helped me purchase my stuff. While he was helping me with my return package a lady came up behind him and told him that he needed to tell me to get back if I am not ready to ship my package out. I advised the lady I was also making a purchase; she rolled her eyes and went back to her own customer. I was told I couldn't mail my return package because the slip was wrong or something. What we. Now on Saturday I went back to mail a different package - you know the one I bought the day before. The lady that checked me out said "I'll have to charge you for this box." I asked her why because I purchased it yesterday and I walked in with it. The woman argued with me about the box being date stamped. She told me if I cannot prove I bought the box she will charge me for it. While continuing to speak to me in a condescending tone I dug through my bag and found the receipt. This woman did not apologize to me. Furthermore, she was ringing me up and could not read the address on the box, I told her the address and she replied "you don't have to be rube," so I advised her the same. She rang me up and then half ass apologized to me. I'll probably never go back to that post office UPS here I come.
