Benton City Postal carrier on Solar (Dawn) list of excuses why she won't deliver packages to our house. 1- you don't have a parcel box.....I buy a 200 dollar box and put a carabiner clip to keep the lid closed. 2- you can't put a clip on it. We're not allowed to Unclip it. (Me)-What should I do? (Dawn)-put a rock on the lid. I do. 3- I'm not touching that rock, your dog peed on it. (Box is outside the gate). So I take the rock off and leave the lid to blow open. 4- your box doesn't have your address on it. (It's on the fence 10' away) I move the address next to the box. 5- The road is too rough. We grade the road. 6- it's too far...... Its .49 miles, under the. 5 limit. I file a complaint with the post master, she says we are. 57 miles from the mail box. I tell her we're not, she then says "Dawn's back is bad". Please do better! read more

Very rude staff. I simply called to make an appointment to apply for a passport and was hung up on three times. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that the manager wasn't taking phone calls at that time. Took a total of two hours to make what should have been an easy appointment. read more
