Staples took it out of the box and put it in a "Happy returns" basket with other returns and said that is the way they require it to be returned. Makes sense. Less cost for one big box instead of a bunch of little ones. They gave me a receipt and I was on my way. From day one they knew us by name which makes dropping off and picking up a breeze. This is the only store my kids will beg to visit (the lollipops help!) We recently moved from the area and of all the places we miss the most, Whitpain Cleaners ranks highest.
