All seemed on-track after the onsite estimate by Connor but when the date of load out came all the problems began. We had a long driveway that required a dolly truck to move all items to tractor trailer, told Connor about concern, never added to quote and then tried to charge us additional fee. We were charged for mattress cartons ($725) never provided; our mattresses went on the truck unwrapped along with other high value items. Clemmer showed up to job without shrink wrap and had to use 2 rolls I purchased just to do half assed job. Inventory paperwork of items was not presented at completion of load out by driver Tom who had worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Had to called parent company Allied after delivery was delayed 5 days with no explanation. Contacted Clemmer numerous times with no response so escalated to Allied. Submitted insurance claim for numerous items, make sure you purchase full coverage insurance as you will need it.

Advanced Waste got bought out by Waste Management. We've had both companies over the years and have ALWAYS been allowed ONE free bulk item per week as long as we call in advance. I called today and they want $29 per item per week or a bulk rate of almost $100 for the items I was going to siphon out over 4 weeks (dresser, bed, carpet remnants). RIDICULOUS! No pickup and no call back. Of course, with the holiday, they're now closed until January 2nd. In the meantime, I've had a mattress and bed frame sitting on the curb for a MONTH! I've moved, and the guy who lives there was kind enough to drag the stuff back to the garage, then BACK TO THE CURB! Just so it wouldn't get covered with snow and ice! He was concerned if it was, they may not pick it up. But they never showed up ANYWAY! He wants the stuff GONE! He even made several calls to them today, and got the same runaround. When professional movers later handled moving my items from storage, they said, "The last movers didn't do right by you."
