I went back again and they made up many excuses as to what happened. Did not want to refund my money back. Finally after all the hassle I received a phone call back. I was refunded half of what they said I would get back. Now I will have to go elsewhere to resend my pkg overseas. Like I said before, thank you for nothing. Any time I'm dropping off Amazon, UPS, or USPS packages, there's always some snarky comment if you don't immediately know where something goes or mix up a label. Instead of just helping people, it feels like they go out of their way to make customers feel stupid. Example: I accidentally thought a UPS label was USPS and instead of politely correcting me, the response was basically "well it says it right there." It's always little passive aggressive comments like that. Customer service here consistently feels rude, impatient, and hostile for no reason. I honestly avoid coming here whenever possible and after my last experience, I'll probably just drive farther to avoid dealing with the attitude

I shrink wrapped it just like i told the girl yesterday i was going to , the plastic cant add $24 to the price? " i dont know, maybe if u put it in a box". A box is only going to make it bigger! We contacted Periship, so the cake can be delivered to our home on SATURDAY. Periship called the driver, but he didn't response. It's a long weekend, so by the time we got the cake, it's already a BAD cake. We contacted lady M, but they refuse to issue any refund, even if they are the one who messed things up at the beginning. Lady M does not have a place on their website, where u can choose the address type. We contacted Periship about this issue, and Amanda helped us to order a brand new cake, with overnight shipping! So I got the cake on my birthday. The cake is wrapped nicely, and I can still see the dry ice under it!!!
