They have a space where you can hop on a computer, print, scan, and make copies, which made my life so much easier. Everything was simple to use, and the staff was super helpful. Also, there's a Party City inside so if you need balloons or anything last minute, they've got you. Honestly just really convenient, easy, and stress free.

I genuinely dread coming to this Staples location. Any time I'm dropping off Amazon, UPS, or USPS packages, there's always some snarky comment if you don't immediately know where something goes or mix up a label. Instead of just helping people, it feels like they go out of their way to make customers feel stupid. Example: I accidentally thought a UPS label was USPS and instead of politely correcting me, the response was basically "well it says it right there." It's always little passive aggressive comments like that. Customer service here consistently feels rude, impatient, and hostile for no reason. I honestly avoid coming here whenever possible and after my last experience, I'll probably just drive farther to avoid dealing with the attitude

How could the fine be higher than the value of the book? So, instead of paying it, I kept the book and didn't utilize public library services for 30 years. Anyway, the Branford library completely changed my mind about the value of a community library and this particular library should be the gold standard for all exurban and suburban libraries in New England! The staff here are patient, friendly and actually love their work; it shows on the smiles they are constantly wearing and the wide diversity of content, events and activities for the community. I don't have the right adjective to describe how amazing this place is, but something like fucking fantastic just about does it!!

Towards the end of the last 20 minutes before closure, they wanted to squeeze in some wedding pictures. Walking up the stairs going into the James Blackstone Memorial library. The big doors opened led to beautiful entrance and observing the Art and books around us. We didn't get a chance to look around more because of the time restraint. A beautiful, quiet space filled with so much history.
