Their salespeople inundated our neighborhood going from door to door to solicit business. Indicating that "my neighbor" purchase their service when they did not is a tactic, they seemed to use often as reported by said neighbors. The work done was minimal and the service work done during the winter months was even worse. Finally, we moved homes and the company billed me for the last of four service calls even though I told their service tech on the third called that we were moving and no longer needed this service. He said he would notify the front office, and the contract would be closed out. Based on the customer service call I had today my guess is many people call to cancel and are confronted with curt representatives. Most likely they too are frustrated which comes across in their level of customer service. You should go find a job you'd be happy with. To any potential consumer save yourself the trouble of dealing with a frustrating company and do your bug control as a DIY project or contact a truly local company to perform the service. Do not WASTE your TIME or your MONEY like I did with FENIX Pest Control. THEY are the pests you want eradicated. Better yet do not even listen to them when they come knocking on your door this summer.
