We have a wood bin in our garage with a lid...so there is no way that stuff got in. But after seeing their coal piles, they are covered, clean and didn't look anything like what we had. Is kind is crazy to me, I pay 11$ an hr for a mechanic to look over my truck. Not a computer. I just think the prices are way too high. Overall I ended up paying 867$ for my compter to be fixed, when a couple 100$ more I could have bought a brand new Mac. And i couldn't even get all my files on my hard drive back. And the drive wasn't even damaged, only the screen was damaged. You pay 65$ when you drop it off, then they called me back to order the screen I could have paid the full bill of 460$, but I decided to pay 220$. And then I was told an 110$ N hour for labor and they'll charge me 4 hrs off the bat. I doubt it even take that long if they're as professional as they say. But then I ended up paying another 580$ when I picked it up. So your telling me another 5 hrs to bypass to get me to get apple again. Idk, it is what it is now. But I believe I was taken advantage of.

Staff is responsive and proactive with every task. We have used them for shipping an impossible-sized package (which arrived safely and intact during the horrible 2020 Xmas season), for simple drop offs, and for printing. There are closer print/drop off places to us, but my husband prefers this one because of the atmosphere of welcome.
