I dropped off a large mailing and because 1 or 2 of the items were overweight he shipped my entire mailing back to me. I took the mailing to another office and they accepted them!!! John, you need another job. Perhaps you have been in the USPS too long. Save yourself the headache and go to another location which will make John happy since he does not want to work!

Whether you've been in twice or 20 times, each person is so kind & lines go quickly! I've had the closing gate held for me several times & for heavy packages - no prob- they've helped me with that too!
