I called this post office not even expecting someone to pick up the phone. However, a postal worker picked up the phone and helped me promptly after assisting a customer at the desk. They were able to efficiently find the package and I was able to coordinate a pickup. The situation could have been resolved with a simple, professional "Hey, why did you use that door?" instead of immediate hostility and accusations. This kind of blatant profiling is unacceptable, and the employees here clearly need conflict resolution training--or at the very least, basic respect for customers. If you value being treated with dignity, skip this place and take your business to FedEx instead.
