They really do have top quality service at this post office location. I have had to come to this location 3x now and every time they are friendly, helpful and smiling. I say 'had' to go because although they are my main post office for my home there are two other post offices that are closer to me. :( I do not mind the drive as much knowing that I will be in and out quickly. the a worse location I have ever encountered in all my years of living. and this isn't just once this is every time I come to this location. staff are unprofessional, laughing and playing instead of working the always long line. the only person that seems to be professional and do there job is the Asian guy. where are the other employees. this location needs to either do a complete fire and rehire new employees or shut down. read more

I have a mailbox on my front porch has been there 20 years. For some reason the carriers decide it is funny to set it on my trash can by the side door. Tried to get to speak to someone and the android is very annoying and 2ill not send you where you need. If you want a representative to keep you from getting it accomplished it goes back to tell you of the covid problems..... First of all, if I could give them ZERO stars I would!! Here we go... You can CLEARLY see where they broke through the ORIGINAL tape and taped my package with their own tape. They took my items out and left the boxes and not to even mention the other items that went missing. A while back I also had a Tory Burch purse that was delivered to me and the original tape was almost completely broken. I'm so lucky they didn't take my purse but you could tell they TRIED to take it!! I am upset but I'm very thankful Faith @ultabeauty was able to help me and replace my items. This post office is absolutely trash. From terrible customer service, lazy delivery drivers, staff being super slow and loud just everything about this place is sad. I wish there was an option for negative stars. I have a package that needed to be delivered on a specific day, I paid for it to get to me on time. Only to find a piece of paper in my mailbox stating that "deliver attempted" firstly I was at home all day. When I look at the paper again the reason for not delivering was that the package was "too heavy" it weighs 8lbs!!!!! EIGHT POUNDS. If you look on their job description it says that to be qualified for the job you need to be able to lift 50-75lbs, my package was 8lbs, apparently it was too heavy. That's just laziness at its finest. Got to the post office to pick up my package and from customer service being snotty and rude to customers, to being loud and nonchalant about other people's concerns and not to mention the ridiculously long line because there's just no urgency. This is the local post office. They lost a package I have been waiting for since January/February to arrive. They lost my museum membership cards, andy W2 papers. They will not answer the phone and they will not return my phone calls. We have been getting neighbors mail that we have had to take over to them. The carrier scanned that the express package which was guaranteed a 12 PM arrival was delivered to my mailbox and it wasn't. It was a very important package that needed to get here today. The supervisor didn't even know who had the package. They have lost another package I should have received over a month ago that they also claim was delivered. Everyone there needs to go. Actually would like to give no stars. I've had issues in the past with other packages. This one never made it to me. Tracking states that it arrived at this location and went "out for delivery" that day. Two weeks later and no package. The staff essentially shrugged their shoulders and stared into space. I've visited the location three times trying to figure out where it is but they don't have a clue. Perhaps someone helped themselves to the contents of the package as I've noticed from other reviews that I'm not the only one with similar issues at this particular location. Guess they can shop and commit federal crimes simultaneously. They always say they're going to look into it and never call back like they said they would. Complete disgrace and thieves. read more

Called to check and see if I had a package waiting for me (for some reason the app I use to track my packages said the item was available for pick up here instead of being delivered to my house like normal) was put on hold for 10 minutes only to be hung up on. really wish it was a negative 5 star RATING. This post office customer service is horrible especially over the phone. I literally called them a total of 35 times last week trying to get information on my package that said "delivered" but I never received it. At this point I'm not even mad about my package because it's just money it can be replaced. I'm more frustrated with waisting my time while being at work as well trying to call getting hung up on , waiting on hold for 3 hours and the phone just magically kept hanging up. I still have yet to receive my package and when I finally spoke with someone she said to file a claim well once I went through the horrible online process it then told me I couldn't make a claim on my order because it don't have insurance. My order said delivered on July 15th at 2:34 but I literally was at the mailbox at 2:30 and nobody never came and I checked everyday since and still no package. I just really hate we have to go through stuff like this and then on top of me loosing my package and money HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE? Horrible Customer Service!!!!!! Jamie at the front desk is rude and over talks you. She didn't even listen to my prior try to help when I know she could've. Instead she just blew me off. When I asked the other associate to call a supervisor she said " I'll buzz them but I doubt if they'll come" like wtf kinda of professionalism is that???.... this should not be going on and someone from the postal headquarters should do something about this. Ran into one problem with your new delivery person. After Catching her outside about a week later, wanted to mention about the previous problem. But instead of having even a single word with me, she just turned around and left. All I saw is her back, and I was quite nice too. And that was the most rude customer service, or any human interaction I have even seen in my life. And so, now with having two problems, I decided to call the local station and report this two problems, but nobody seems to be ever answering the phone there, nor does anybody at the 800 number. only automated system there, which is useless in this situation. And so, now I have three problems to report, and there is nobody anywhere to receive it. I guess, i after receiving such a crappy service, it is up to me to drive to the station and wait in line, and talk to the supervisor - in short, at least half an hour of my time. So, what a useless society is ours becoming ? Just totally helpless and dysfunctional. And now, as I am still typing scolding, I see an automated sign just came up on the bottom " This review is looking pretty epic ? Nice ! " How about that ?
