On this evening, I overheard one employee talking to a customer in a very snarky tone. Yes I realize that times have changed however you don't have to make someone feel little by saying things to make them feel stupid. Another lady asked a question and was told that she would need to Google the answer to that. After a week the original shipper has not received the package and it's near impossible to get any help on the phone. How they couldn't manage a redelivery for two weeks is beyond me. How they couldn't provide the return date and tracking number is beyond me. How they haven't come under investigation for negligence is beyond me. Many reviews read similar as mine. No wonder people have abandoned US Visited another P.O. and they discovered the package was still in Dallas. Visited this location again and a very competent employee was able to locate the package. I rechecked the tracking and saw an alert "insufficient address" and that it was returned. I was a dope and forgot to put my apt number. I immediately hopped on with customer care in hopes of intercepting it before it actually was returned. The super helpful rep-Rita, put in a service request to hold it for pickup and I was notified by email that I'd receive a response. A weekend and two business days later. Crickets. I called customer care back and was told that it was being held at this post office. Shortly after, I got a call from Lashawna and was told that it had already been returned. I was sad but resigned myself to reorder. Ten minutes later, she called back to tell me that she checked another spot and that it was there! She didn't have to check again and she DEFINITELY didn't have to call me back. They process thousands if not millions of parcels a day. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Sheila who was an absolute delight. I was in and out in less than five minutes. I know most reviews about post offices tend to be negative, so I had to share how these awesome ladies went above and beyond to get me my package even after I made a silly mistake.
