When he put the label on it was only sticking on one side. So when I went to press it on he yanked it away, like I had no business touching it. I politely told him the label wasn't on all the way. You could plainly see it wasn't. He just ignored me. I felt very disrespected. I was a UPS driver for many years and I've seen those labels pulled off a thousand times. What would it have taken effort wise to please a customer and do the right thing. I went back to the line so I could be helped by this Portuguese-speaking employee. When it was my turn and she was going to assist me, another employee, who speaks English, did not allow her to continue helping me. She said that if the other employee assisted me, she would have problems. After that, this employee told me to leave the location, saying that I was probably interfering with the service being provided to other customers. I felt very embarrassed and disrespected because I was not causing any problem. I was only trying to receive assistance so I could understand the information and resolve my issue.
