My husband contacted the company and they reduced our invoice by half for services we didn't ask for. He was told that we received an automated message and since we had 5 applications last year, they assumed we wanted the same. Even though we prepaid for 4!!! We were going to be done with them after this year after having to have them come back and reapply due to weeds and crabgrass. There is one tech who is decent. He was friendly, thorough, and seemed to actually care. Unfortunately we only saw him once this season.
