If you have a package that says it's going to be delivered on a Sunday, forget about it. Every single time I have an Amazon package out for delivery on Sunday USPS drives right by and marks the package that the customer requested it be held for pickup, instead of getting out and delivering it. If this keeps up I WILL report the issue to Amazon and let them know that the USPS is violating their contract with Amazon about delivering their packages on Sundays. If they don't have enough carriers to deliver packages on Sunday then don't mark them as being out for delivery when they're not actually going to be delivered. This has happened at least 4 or 5 times in the past few months. read more

I stopped by this post office to mail a package. I have never been in this post office and there were two ladies working behind the counter and the line was very long. One of the ladies (Jessica) was ranting about a previous customer and was very rude to the person she was helping. When I went up to the counter she helped me and she had an attitude. Very poor customer service. read more

I have been here for almost 2 years & use them on a daily basis. They helped process our passport paperwork step by step (5 applications, appointments, photos, payment, & tracking). They are by far the friendliest & most helpful staff! read more

We are in a pandemic and the cashier sends me away because I won't lick 3 priority envelopes from the lobby. Meanwhile the cashier next to her has a wet sponge and she has scotch tape plainly visible but she sent me away to get the priority tape from another client to use to seal the envelopes that I'm paying 24.00 to ship. It wasn't her job! Another Del Rio special! Some people belong in the back away from customers. The other lady who ended up ringing me up was pleasant and helpful. read more

If no stars was an option I'd do that. The shift where's 2 women working usually in the afternoons is awful. One of them has no idea what she's doing and always makes things difficult. Funny how nobody else EVER gives me problems but just this one woman. I read more
