We stopped into the office and had them look it up. The system stated that it was delivered to a lock box. They left a note to the driver but told us that they wouldn't be able to look for it til the next day because the driver was already completed with her route. We headed back home. On the way home, we saw a USPS driver at the mailboxes up the road from my mom's box, so we decided to stop and ask her to see if she could look. Even though it wasn't part of her route, she agreed to help us. She met us at my mom's mailbox and looked through the lockers, she even looked through the neighbors boxes to make sure the key wasn't accidentally placed in the wrong mailbox. It looked like the key is wasn't delivered at all. Luckily, Sandy, our superhero USPS driver, located the box for us. This USPS location went above and beyond for us today.
