We were the recipients of a package that was packaged and sent from this location- the pkg…read morecontained heritage items that were sent to us for grandchildren- the items were broken- there was insurance on it but we were just crushed that the contents of the box were not separated properly and not wrapped correctly for shipment- a clocks weight was NOT in a separate box and so it crushed all the glass items that were contained in bubble wrap & we received just BAG-O -BROKEN glass- in addition the receipt given to the person shipping the items was NOT correct & created problems when filing a claim- so please be aware and you should have breakables in individual boxes and the items should not be allowed to crush and tumble which is what they do in shipment & the staff should advise customers that about the shipping issues-

This place has gone down hill since they started trying to sell her business. The lady working…read morethere is absolutely rude, and very unprofessional, and seems shady in my opinion as she is too wrapped up in gossip and social life, and not her customers who need to ship things and then be on their way. You're better off to just take your packages directly to the UPS office located off Pioneer Way (East Idaho St., right on Union Pacific, right on Pioneer) rather than risking your package, and the delivery to this lady. Hopefully they sell soon and someone else takes over, but until this lady is gone, or no longer permitted to ship Packages, I'll be using FedEx or going out to the actual UPS place on the east end of town where they know what they are doing and can handle packages better (they end up there anyway).
