I heard the truck pull-up and looked outside to see the biggest dumpster I never thought existed. I had no idea how large they were and that I got the largest one! Not sure what I was thinking ... anyway ... the driver was amazing. He nestled that bad boy on my driveway like he was placing a sleeping colicky baby down in a crib. He put wood down to protect the concrete, made sure there was enough room to open the door and walk on the sidewalk - no easy feat. Not going to lie - I was a bit concerned when I opened it up. Wasn't sure what I was going to find but it was spotless. Nothing was left over from prior usage. No smell - no debris - no yuck. Pickup was just as seamless. I called the company and the dumpster was gone the next day. I simply can not recommend this company more highly! In retaliation, ARC banned our company. It's the only time in my life that ever happened with a vendor. Ever. Now, many years later, Yelp exists and and this morning just happened to be the one where I had a few extra minutes to address this old grievance. Otherwise, I thought the quality and prices ARC offered were great. Seriously, without her help and expertise I wouldn't be able to make so many educated and cost-effective mailing decisions. So yeah, this location may be small but don't let its size fool you. I can assure you they've got everything the bigger guys do to meet your mailing needs with the exception of passports, although not all post offices offer this special service. I've frequented a few of the other larger post offices around town, but I gotta say it's the genuine care and personal touch I consistently receive that keeps me coming back. I walked into the store and hadn't even produced the dress from the package when the woman said "No. I do not take things in." I was a little surprised since this place came so highly recommended and their sign specifically states that they are not only Double Tree "cleaners" but also "tailors." I then asked the woman what it is she does tailor and she replied "Pants and shirts. No dress." I left and asked the person who recommended the place and she informed me that they have done dresses her numerous times. I can't help but wonder if it is because I am plus sized that they would not work on my item. It's a shame because I would have given them a ton of business.
