She tried to TELL ME that my package was delivered to my mailbox when I have two perfectly good eyes and checked my mailbox 5 days in a row to find NOTHING HAD BEEN DELIVERED. She has and attitude, is lazy, and resolves your claims without actually providing any sort of resolution. She also refuses to escalate your issue beyond her poor effort. I have had 3 separate packages marked as delivered to my mailbox when in fact they weren't. The courier has repeatedly delivered them to the wrong mailbox. Because they were all marked as delivered to my mailbox, I have not been able to get a refund or replacement from the companies I ordered them from. One of the packages was over $150 worth of medicines that I had to pay for AGAIN. I have filed several complaints, requested additional searches, physically gone to the post office and the response I repeatedly get from them after "research" is that they were marked as delivered. The carrier and myself are the only two people that have a key to my mailbox, so if it was truly delivered, IT WOULD BE IN MY LOCKED MAILBOX. USPS confirmed that if the packages would not fit in my mailbox, they would be delivered to my door. I have a door camera, no packages have been delivered to my door, which is less than 10 feet away from the mailbox mind you. And no packages were IN MY LOCKED MAILBOX. All 3 of these missing packages would have fit in my mailbox as well as they were a few pill bottles or a small fabric knee brace. Instead, I have every USPS rep saying "they know their courier and he does his route" and "we spoke to the carrier and he said he put the package in your mailbox"......then how was the package removed if I am the ONLY OTHER PERSON WITH A KEY TO THE MAILBOX?! Your carrier is lying and you are lazy! Absolutely ridiculous the amount of money that this carrier and postal office's incompetence has cost me. Not to mention the amount of time I have spent filing claims, speaking to reps who have done absolutely NOTHING, and going to the actual post office. At this point, I will need to spend money on additional freight to have my packages shipped ANY OTHER WAY POSSIBLE other than USPS because of their ineptitude.

The automatic confirmation email will say customer picks up. BUT on the article detail it says requested REDELIVER as well as update on tracking number of your package, it will say "Redelivery Scheduled". Since they're one of the few post offices in the area open on Saturday, it can get pretty busy, especially since they only seem to ever have one person there on Saturday.
