The postmark reads "Magnolia" rather than Gloucester and maps, GPS units, and city maps all disagree on what town this is. While being a few miles west and south from Gloucester with mostly trees and water between them, I'd vote Magnolia.

I arrived at 7:30 AM to closed doors, which was bad enough, but by 8:00 AM, they still hadn't opened. Their excuse? 'Understaffing.' Yet, there was absolutely zero notification of this on their official website. This is a staggering level of incompetence. It's not even a question of good or bad customer service--there was literally no one there to provide it. Nearly 20 people were trapped waiting inside, all of them in a massive rush because they needed to mail their items before clocking into work. This chaotic mess is a direct result of USPS's systemic mismanagement. It is acceptable to face staffing shortages, but it is completely unacceptable to fail to update your official hours online. You mislead the public into believing you open at 6:00 AM, post a note on the wall saying 8:00 AM, and then fail to honor even that time due to a 'lack of personnel.' The staff is friendly and quick. They only have 1 window so if there is a line you will be there for a while. It's go The good thing about this location is that is in Richover oh I mean Andover Center you can get a ton of stuff done while making your trip to the post office. It's hard to find street parking to paying .50 cents is worth it. The price of a stamp is .47
