This is the absolute worst Post Office I've ever heard of in my life! Thank God for their supervisor named BETTY, who actually cares about her job and making sure that people get what they're supposed toget There's one guy there that is just intolerable and it's not just me because I heard so many people when I'm standing in line talking about him saying oh my gosh I hope the ball guy is not the one at the window ! And it would be correct!!! He might actually be the rudest person that has ever dealt with in my life, and the only thing I have to say to him is if you don't like your job - then quit! The mail service in my area is not great to tell you the truth, but if ever trying to track down a package, I can ask for BETTY and she always make sure to find exactly where my package is and when I'm going to have it . She has even pulled it off of a truck early morning to put it in my hand directly, or even better ... She has assisted me in taking packages to my car and apologizing that I wasn't able to get it at my home as I was supposed to . read more

This place is as useless as tits on a bull. I made an order in eBay and tracking showed that it was out for delivery, it was never delivered to my house and then it was sent back to the original sender and now he won't send it to me unless I give him another address. I called countless times trying to find out what went wrong and no one picked up the calls. This facility is also known as mazy town for a reason. It needs to do away with the lazy employees and get responsible folks to work in there. read more

WHAT? OK.. who reviews a post office? Until now... Zippo since the business profile was not created. So.. WHAT! I went postal..? Yesterday.. it's an end unit of a shopping center on the edge of Golden ghetto city. Lock your doors even for short trips especially the gas stations.. According to my rowdy friends interest is up and the stock markets down you only get mugged when you go downtown. I added this business since it wasn't listed. Using the mobile ap. This place has small parking Lot I found a spot far away to get an aerobic benefit to my daily activity. WHAT. My theory is if I run it better be for a good reason for food or safety. The last two times I ran I caught a black wild pig in the back yard the other time I caught two burglars dressed in black in the front yard. WILSON and CONYERS, You want some of this?! Come on back anytime. The preacher man said that it's the end of times. Come on back anytime. In general when its 90 degrees out I walk...why run? If you like to run go early in the morning or late at night when it's cool. Back to the post office. Its smaller than most places inside with 3 clerks. I use this place as it's close by. Service is great, people are fast. I never complain about the cost of a stamp. I remember the 70's when it was .06 jumping .09 cents to .15 cents. Wow what a jump! and now .45 no big deal. Really they will bring this envelope anywhere in the USA for .45 cents? That is still a deal! One thing to improve this location, is to put in a small stamp vending machine. Another postal location that makes me want to go postal. One star for returning my phone call when I inquired about a package that was shown as being delivered to my mother's front door -- but we actually watched the mail truck drive by with NO ONE that dropped anything off. And one star for the carrier that finally did deliver it after I called and chewed them a new one. The package showed being delivered on Amazon's website and, despite our watching the truck drive past the house and our checking all of the neighboring houses for a potential misdelivered package, we were told it WAS delivered, although perhaps it WAS NOT but they would find it and deliver it the following day. What? I'm so confused! Within an hour of me griping at Miranda at this USPS location, though, mysteriously a carrier appears! We're told the package was "delivered next door" and that it had been "retrieved" from them and now was being delivered to us. Oh. My. Gosh. I'm supposed to believe that nonsense. Especially when the next door neighbors are friends and would have gladly walked the package to us (as they do often bring our misguided mail to us). [cough] Bull ****! We all mess up. Admit it. Tell me the truth. But when you (or anyone in your organization) resort to lies and evasive tactics, it only makes you look more foolish and inept. Mailed a package out over a week ago. No trace of it on tracking since we brought it to this post office on Collier Blvd and Golden Gate pkwy. It hasn't been scanned a since we brought it in so it hasn't left Naples. I went in to see if they have it, but the employees just typed in the tracking number.. which I've been doing myself for the last 5 days.. zero help. I literally paid 10 dollars for them to lose my package. I realize stuff gets lost but this is a 2 ft poster tube and not the first package of mine they have lost..they didn't even offer my 10 bucks back for the postage they failed to deliver! I will never mail packages from Naples again.. Don't waste your time & money using this post office.. they will lose your packages and you lose the money you pay in postage.. read more

I like this post office. Yes it is smaller but it's a lot easier than the main goodlette branch which is always like going to disney world. Only problem is somewhat limited hours. read more

I have always had good experiences using this post office. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the location is very convenient for those who live or are driving nearby.
