This is a smaller post office for a smaller town. I think they're having some trouble adapting the…read moresmall layout to the COVID protocols since the counter area is quite tiny and the lobby area with the post office boxes is also tiny. This doesn't lead to much social distancing if there are more than one or two customers at a time. Fortunately, we were the only ones here and so I was able to purchase a sheet of ten post card stamps, apply them to our post cards, and drop them into the slot with no other customers nearby. We use to…read morehave a wonderful delivery driver; she was friendly, and if there was ever a problem with our delivery, she'd apologize for whatever the problem was. It wasn't expected, but appreciated; that's how a good business is run. Unfortunately, she is no longer our delivery driver. For the last year-ish, almost all of our FedEx deliveries are late or just disappear in transit. Of our last 5 deliveries, 4 were late and 1 was damaged at Bangor and undeliverable. Also, of those 5 deliveries, 3 were "Out for Delivery" only to not be delivered on that day. I will continue to complain to Walmart; maybe they will switch carriers; if they don't, I'll have to cancel my Walmart+ membership as there is no benefit to having something delivered if it's a guess-fest as to whether the item will arrive and/or if it will arrive on time.
