Terrible! I received an alert that a package from Chewy would be delivered on 5/26 but no. Then again on 5/27 but again, no. And again on 5/28, and again on 5/29, and again on 5/30. One of the notices in the tracking report stated "no one home or business closed". Absolutely not true! We are a private residence and no one needed to be home. This has never been a problem with FedEx but I am appalled. Customer service is a clueless virtual assistant so virtually no customer service. We will not be ordering anything from any company using FedEx from now on. Grrrr! read more

Waiting on shipment....sent express. The darn tracking changes regularly to different info and states false info. We missed the first attempted delivery on 5/24 Fed x left a note (BECUASE TRACKING INFO ONLINE WAS INACCURATE!) Said package was in Marietta GA.... how can it be in GA an attempted delivery in Newport Maine? anyway so tracking said will be delivered 5/25 between 10:30-2:30pm. It's not 2:13pm, I watched the FEX EX Express van drive by at 11:00 and then go back by shortly after. I am sitting inside about 20' from the window....a Note on the door "FED EX I AM HERE!" a dog sitting beside me (WHO BARKS WHEN A PERSON IS NEAR!) a car RIGHT OUT FRONT AT THE DOOR! AND he never slowed, never stopped, then I see on tracking "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED, BUSINESS CLOSED" WTH!! Yeah Business is closed BUT accepting DELIVERIES and I'm sitting here 7 freaking hours so I don't miss this delivery!! WTH?? He doesn't even stop!!! I call the fedX #: 800-463-3339 get some lady in Thailand who barely understands me...says she'll look into it (yeah right) and call me back (HAS NOT DONE SO)... PRETTY SLACK UNCARING Don't do their job company! SO I call CUSTOMER CARE BACK, she says he will deliver as soon as possible, if not today tomorrow. Best experience I've had a FedEx. We had extremely important documents to send out and wanted to make sure we shipped correctly. The woman behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful in sorting out the best way to send the documents. We found everything we needed easily; working pens available; scale for weighing; boxes; trash; seating. This place is difficult to find as it is tucked away back on Banair Road at the very end of the business park. Just when you think you're going to be off roading, the driveway appears! read more

I lost my debit card so I phoned my bank and they sent one out with 1-2 day priority shipping. Well, FOUR days later after SEVERAL phone calls between the bank and carrier, I find out it had been sitting in Bangor for THREE days! The driver claimed the address was wrong (which is false, the address is correct). Fed Ex never bothered to phone me or the bank. Apparently they were planning on just leaving it in the office until someone came looking for it. I can't determine what shipping company my bank chooses, but I will stick with UPS for anything I need shipped. read more
