With in 5-10 minutes everything was straightened out. He also told me that a change in temporarily doing an address change you have to prove your present address and identify with a ID at the post office. One that they charge a very hefty sum and it should be understood that its a service that time is of the essence. I have had to fight with them for 2 weeks to get this service done. I sent in documents that had everything they needed as far as info. Because it was in a different form they would not accept it. All the information they needed was provided. Then they take their sweet time to get this service done. Documents were received by them before the weekend. Do they hurry to provide the service? No of course not. Do they get to it first thing Monday morning? Nope , why would they do that ? Instead they get to it on Tuesday. All the documents and info is in their possession . So they are going to send it right away right??? Nope!!! I get an email saying it will be mailed on Wednesday!!! Are you kidding me?? Do not use this company

Their estimates were spot-on, my shipment left and arrived when they said it would and at the right location. They prepared me with all of the information I needed to pick up my stuff and offered to do the packing themselves (at an extra cost) but also wrapped the overall shipment for free. Very nice, very helpful. They made me feel that I could trust them with all of my precious (haha) stuff and I was right! Oh, and nothing got broken or damaged!
