    A very different experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It's a small space but not usually crowded. Quick and easy!

    Not helpful or genuine whatsoever. I'd rather drive 30 miles than go here. I did not receive the help I needed at all.

    This has long been my go to spot for shipping returns back to Amazon. The location is convenient…read moreto my home, usually easy to get in and out quickly, and customer service was usually very good. Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad/questionable experience on a recent return drop off. I arrived, and there was no one behind the counter that I could see. What I did see though, was a mountain of returns behind the counter. Eventually, after a few minutes, someone came meandering out from the back. I jokinginly said to the guy "it looks like you've been busy with returns", which he aknowledged, and told me their system has been down, so the returns have been piling up until it's back online. I asked how long it had been, and he wasn't sure, could only tell me a several days....there must have been over 100 packages piled up waiting to go back to Amazon. Not really knowing what he meant by the "system is down", I asked if I should take my package elsewhere. He said, no, he could provide a receipt, and it would get there "eventually". I let him scan my package, and he provided me a receipt, a receipt, which litterally had no information on it. It litterlally listed the nubmer of packages as 0, weight N/A, no description, no information about what I was returning at all. I asked him about this, and he said that's standard, that's how the receipt always looks. I left, got out to the car and looked at the receipt a little more, and noticed, it literally says "This receipt lists each package received by the UPS Store", which it clearly did not. I went back in, and again had to wait for the guy doing god knows what in the back. It was only minutes later, and he had no idea who I was, clearly stoned out of his mind. I asked for my package back, which as on the top of the pile, yet it took me having to point and guide him with "hot/cold" to get it back. I'm not sure what's going on in this store, and their "system being down", I sure hope everyone that left their packages there got a refund, but I wasn't willing to take that gamble. Do better guys!

Made an error... ultimately cost me $106 in shipping and $250 in goods! I went into the store... the staff owned their mistake... management (Matt) said because I signed the little kiosk (I did... but because like all of us.. believed it said what we spoke about and what I paid for).. he said .. basically .. "sucks to be you! You shoulda read the fine print". I will NEVER step foot in this store again... EVER!

    Always a great experience…read more This location stays busy both inside and out. Parking can get a bit hairy at times but I'm normally always in and out so I can just pull in front of the store for a quick drop off. I love that their self kiosk is always working so if you're doing Amazon returns or just dropping off pre labeled packages, you can skip the line and move on with your day. I've never used it but they do have the mailboxes if you're in need.

While I was waiting in line to be helped, the person he working with expressed that she did not expect her shipping cost to be so high and asked if there were less expensive options. His response was, "We're not the post office". She decided to go somewhere else. When it was my turn, he barely acknowledged me and only said in a fairly harsh tone, "put it on the scale". My transaction was a simple drop-off so I just let it go and left, but I left annoyed and unsatisfied with the service I received. This is the second time I have witnessed this person act this way toward a customer, so I don't think is an isolated incident. I will no longer go to this store and I will also think twice before using UPS for my shipping needs. I'm sure there will be the standard response to this post from UPS stating that this is concerning and that they will endeavor to improve. In the end, I know that this will go nowhere with management and higher-ups who simply do not want to deal with issues like this, and really don't need to because they already have more business than they need.
