This has long been my go to spot for shipping returns back to Amazon. The location is convenient to my home, usually easy to get in and out quickly, and customer service was usually very good. Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad/questionable experience on a recent return drop off. I arrived, and there was no one behind the counter that I could see. What I did see though, was a mountain of returns behind the counter. Eventually, after a few minutes, someone came meandering out from the back. I jokinginly said to the guy "it looks like you've been busy with returns", which he aknowledged, and told me their system has been down, so the returns have been piling up until it's back online. I asked how long it had been, and he wasn't sure, could only tell me a several days....there must have been over 100 packages piled up waiting to go back to Amazon. Not really knowing what he meant by the "system is down", I asked if I should take my package elsewhere. He said, no, he could provide a receipt, and it would get there "eventually". I let him scan my package, and he provided me a receipt, a receipt, which litterally had no information on it. It litterlally listed the nubmer of packages as 0, weight N/A, no description, no information about what I was returning at all. I asked him about this, and he said that's standard, that's how the receipt always looks. I left, got out to the car and looked at the receipt a little more, and noticed, it literally says "This receipt lists each package received by the UPS Store", which it clearly did not. I went back in, and again had to wait for the guy doing god knows what in the back. It was only minutes later, and he had no idea who I was, clearly stoned out of his mind. I asked for my package back, which as on the top of the pile, yet it took me having to point and guide him with "hot/cold" to get it back. I'm not sure what's going on in this store, and their "system being down", I sure hope everyone that left their packages there got a refund, but I wasn't willing to take that gamble. Do NOT ship from here unless you are prepared to read EVERY tiny detail on their point of sale ... their cashiers are honestly amazing!!! BUT HUMAN! Made an error... ultimately cost me $106 in shipping and $250 in goods! I went into the store... the staff owned their mistake... management (Matt) said because I signed the little kiosk (I did... but because like all of us.. believed it said what we spoke about and what I paid for).. he said .. basically .. "sucks to be you! You shoulda read the fine print". I will NEVER step foot in this store again... EVER! read more

Went to the store today. Line had 6 people ahead of me, ugh already annoyed. Then what happens? Someone had equipment to return for Spectrum (of course)! He was completely focused on the one customer so the other lady had to handle the rest of us. Then what happens? The lady in front of me has equipment returns and needed a notary!! Can you not have someone dedicated for those type of tasks that take longer than a simple Amazon return. Anyway, the lady there had red hair and she was acting rude to customers and even the employee that was with her. I believe I will go to another location from now on. This store was better a little while ago Im not sure what happened. read more

Awful! Waited in line for 20 minutes. Three employee, 6 people ahead of me. One employee needed help from 1 of the 2 other employees to help a customer leaving one person to help the actual customers. I have two items to return to Amazon. Same item, delivered in the same box. 2 different QR codes. The employee said that both needed to be packed separately. He didn't offer an additional box, just stared at me like I was the idiot I felt like. Both QR codes clearly said customer pack, my fault I get it. So I get out of line delete my returns and get a singular QR code from Amazon. I get to stand in line again. This time for 16 minutes. 3 people in front of me. The guy that could have actually provided customer service went about packing boxes and reading lists with the other employe, while yet again, we stand in line. I just found the whole experience awful. Go to Adams Farm, they've always taken my stuff, found a box and just genuinely want to provide good customer service. Skeet Club UPS does not. read more

I wasted 1hr dealing with the young man putting my receivers name and address in wrong 3 times. I was told the package would be delivered by a certain day and they sent it out later than they should have. I am now dealing with a package that I am being told wasn't able to ship because of packaging. The UPS store packed my package so I don't understand!!! Never again!! read more

Terrible experience dealing with this particular UPS location!!!! First off, without any communications provided, they cancelled my package with no valid reason offered, and concluded that the package was 'lost'. This initially occurred in summer of 2020, where both I and the sender had been diligent in following-up regarding compensation. Not only was there no transparency or communication provided, but claim documents that were apparently sent by the store to corporate wound up lost. WTF, how? And in the end, i've recently been told (January 2021) that I will not receive full compensation for the package I paid for! That's a loss of $300 or so dollars. And beyond that, I've been given the run-around from management at this store for 6 months! Completely unacceptable and ludicrous. Needless to say, I will not be doing any further business with UPS as a whole, and I will certainly advise my colleagues, family and friends to avoid UPS at all costs. They do not prioritize their customers, and their very disorganized based on my experience. read more

They will find the most expensive way to ship something and give you attitude if you ask any questions. Never go to this one, just a little further down the road is a much better UPS store on eastchester, go there. Never going back. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this store. I am always in and out quickly, and the reps behind the counter are great! I came here today because the line at the post office was long. I was in and out of this store in less than 5 mins. They are great. Will continue coming to them over FEDEX or the USPS stores. read more
