After 10 minutes of waiting, she has me move to another register. I was trying to see her name plate and she turns it towards me and says "can you see it?!" She was rude throughout my transactions. Then she throws a UPS store card at me and says I can leave my review there. There are many struggling, capable people who would love to have the job that she apparently hates. I am very hopeful that UPS would rather have a pleasant, customer-oriented person representing their company instead of this miserable, bad-mannered, impolite individual. Common courtesy isn't hard. I came in under a great deal of pressure and urgently needed assistance with multiple services, having documents notarized, copied, and faxed. From the moment Barisi began assisting me, she was kind, attentive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to ensure everything was completed correctly and went above and beyond by clearly explaining pricing and delivery options so there were no surprises. Her professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier to manage, and I truly felt valued as a customer.
