It's a private place and they charge extra, basically a middle man. They are also super rude and rough with your packages. The one time I went in (only because I was in the neighborhood). Afterwards, I was sitting in my car and the rude man walked out to his car which was parked by me and tired to talk to talk to me. He creeped me out so I pretended not to hear him. In COSTCO 800 sheets for $5.99 and the grade is 24(heavy duty) Maybe they feel they're the King of the Hill, in that the deal with OfficeMax/depot fell through.
