Staples is a chain that sells from office supplies, computers, business furniture to food. Yes, non…read more-perishables. Their aisles are pretty much the same in all the branches. The staff always looks disinterested and distant. I feel the prices, especially on office supplies, are greatly inflated. They push one to buy large packs of items. At this particular time I only needed one of something. Hence, sale lost. Here's a noticeable example: A ream (500sheets) of plain white printing paper $6.99. In COSTCO 800 sheets for $5.99 and the grade is 24(heavy duty) Maybe they feel they're the King of the Hill, in that the deal with OfficeMax/depot fell through. Restrooms look like roadside 1960's stands. Oh well I hope you do better here. Watch your prices.

He exemplifies Safeguard's core values; he "cares about the customer." He goes above and beyond what the customer expects, which contributes to Safeguard's outstanding corporate reputation. Ben ought to advance to the next management level within Safeguard. Fantastic work, Ben! Don't ever change who you are! First and foremost, Ben is a beloved and well-respected member of the community of Holmdel and its surrounding areas. Particularly for his commitment, volunteerism and dedication to make our neighborhoods a better place to live for our kids and future generations. We also have one thing in common, I have known Ben since the day he was hired and when I opened my account/lease nearly 20-years ago. I vividly recall when I first visited your Holmdel facility and met him. He was very professional, courteous, personable, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fully committed to providing exceptional customer service. Over the years whenever I have queries about my storage unit or how to store or protect specific belongings, he always goes above and beyond answering all of my questions. Ben is an amazing person to talk to, positive, kind, and will help you get the correct storage needs. Additionally, Ben maintains this facility immaculately and is always available and eager to help customers - always professional and friendly. Safeguard, Holmdel NJ, has my business, and Ben has my exceptional employee of the year vote. Thank you, Ben, for always helping me with your positive and loving attitude, along with your big smile and joyful disposition. Ben is a remarkable manager and deserves to be recognized for his nearly 20 years of service with Safeguard. Warmest regards, Caroline Oliveira

They went above and beyond. I JUST unpacked my crate with the paintings that prompted me to use them over a regular mover in the first place and I can't overstate how much care went into packing them. They went the extra mile. Even the guy who delivered the pallets to me in Seattle said he could tell true professionals prepared my shipment. I wish someone had written a review on Yelp! before I found them, it would have put my mind at ease but I really had nothing to worry about. They were quick. I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. If I ever move back east, I want these guys to take care of my move. Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
