Aggressive tone, comically unhelpful ... it's as if she thinks her job is to fight with people instead of assist them. I had what should've been two easy transactions: transferring my license and my vehicle registration from out-of-state and she acted like they were the most absurd and unreasonable requests she had ever heard. It was truly bizarre and I will drive to a different branch specifically to avoid her for any future transactions. And it really is too bad since everyone else I encountered at this branch was very kind and helpful and, once I got past her (just barely!), everything went smoothly. People like this have no business working in customer service. If you're unhappy, maybe data entry is a better profession. Spreading your misery to other humans helps no one. I can't help but wonder how many of the negative reviews about rude personnel can be directed attributed to this one woman. My money is on quite a few. Upper management would do well to take note.

Thankfully, the balloon shop called me two hours before the party to let me know that no one had showed up, so I was able to frantically deploy relatives to pick everything up. And no picked up their phone when I twice called to confirm whether anyone was coming. The worst part? After I sent two follow up e-mails to Vamus expressing my disappointment and asking what had gone wrong, they could not be bothered to acknowledge or apologize for what is clearly their mistake.
