Owner is shady!!!! Don't drop off packages there! Go to Postal Annex right down the street. Owner refuses to give you a receipt for dropping packages at his establishment. I've had numerous packages over the years not get picked up from the store and upon returning to the store, packages aren't there either. Anyone could walk into the store, grab your package, cause they're stacked right by the door, and walk out. You have no recourse because FedEx, UPS never have a record of your package being there. Postal Annex down the street gives you a dated receipt to acknowledge they've accepted your package on your behalf and will deliver it to the corresponding shipping company. read more

I had to give 1 star just so it would post, but he deserves NO STAR. I had to return something, so I had a RETURN label from the company. I purposely did not use one of the local drop boxes so that I could have a receipt to prove I sent it. He wanted to charge me $1 for the receipt. He gets paid from FedEx to accept these packages, so he should not be charging for a receipt. read more

I wanted a receipt for my package and was asked for $1 for the receipt. This is unheard of. I grabbed my package and left because he might have asked for another dollar for just walking in. I drove 25 minutes to the FedEx location in Raritan, NJ and got my receipt as I properly should. read more

I should have listened to the reviews here. Unfortunately there is no other business still around to drop fed-ex packages off at anymore. I have been going here for the past few weeks shipping some things I sold on ebay. From the beginning this guy was rude. Sitting on his chair in the back couldn't be bothered to get up from watching his youtube videos or whatever he is doing on there. He wouldn't give me a receipt for my packages. I said okay that time, the next time I demanded a receipt because it was some expensive stuff. I didn't trust this guy. He scanned the bar codes while giving me and attitude because he had to be bothered to get up. Next time I went there I was trying to ship a larger box internationally, it was my first time shipping something big international so I didn't know how to do the paper work. I was hoping they could help. Negative, first i was quoted 160 online to ship it. This guy tries to rip me off with the lowest shipping being 320! I laughed and walked out. I figured out the paper work and tried to go back. I needed a International paper pouch, he tells me he doesn't carry them anymore because they took years to "sell" these are free shipping supplies and hes selling them? Walked out went down the street and shipped at the UPS store, guy was more the helpful and professional and didn't charge me for a plastic pouch. I had to ship via fed-ex one more time today. I went there asked for a receipt...again i had to interrupt this guys video time. He starts getting all angry asking why I even want a receipt. The bar code doesn't scan so he throws my box and starts complaining that the bar codes don't scan. He gets more angry grabs his glasses so he can read the numbers(really tough to do i know). I offer to read them off to him and he get real loud and angry saying if i can read the tracking numbers why do I need a receipt. If i didn't know how to remain calm and didn't expect this loser to steal my stuff I would have flipped out. Seems that unless you let him up charge you on shipping and supplies he wants nothing to do with you. I'm not sure why he owns or works at a shipping store if he is going to treat customers like that. I urge you to either ship via UPS up 34 a few minutes or find somewhere else to ship your fed-ex packages. If i could give him a zero i would. read more

The guy behind the counter was not wearing a mask. We offered him one and he absolutely refused! He said the virus was a hoax and it wasn't necessary for him to wear one. We told him we knew several people who died from Covid-19 and he insisted they died from something else. This guy is as disrespectful as they come. I'll never walk in there again. read more

Truly I don't know how this place stays open. The owner has such poor customer service skills I was mailing a return overnight package via FedEx and The owner refused to provide me with a receipt or confirmation that this package was brought to his facility. The package was extremely extremely important and when I told him this he became very agitated and started to tell me off and would barely listen to me make my point about why I should be getting some kind of confirmation receipt. I know it probably will go through but you would think you should have some kind of confirmation that it was brought to that facility what if it got lost you would have no proof it doesn't make sense. I know what it's like to run a business and to be frugal and watching your overhead but for a tiny piece of paper receipt you have to be kidding me. Would never go back again. read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I have been going here for years and have never had a single complaint. Today I went to ship a package internationally. The gentleman named Tom provided me with the most helpful service out of every shipping place I've been to. He seemed very happy to help me. Even after I accidentally gave the wrong shipping information for the label I went back into the to tell him and he happily retrieved the box to put a new label on. 5 stars every time. read more

had to drop off a FedEx package so went to postmark plus. when I requested a receipt he told me I didn't need one. I noticed lots of boxes right by the door where anyone could grab and run. when I insisted, I had to pay a dollar for the 2" piece of paper. I asked if fedex knew he was charging $1, he snapped that he doesn't work for them. funny thing is once I got my receipt, my package was kept behind the counter! never again! read more

I have to agree with the previous posters the employee there is rude, and the store smells so bad of cigarettes its disgusting. I was going to mail baby clothes for a newborn I had to leave did not want the clothes contaminated by cigarette smoke. I ended up at the Post Office to mail them out. I do not recommend anyone to use this business. Unless they decontaminate the place. read more

There are several things wrong with this business first is horrible customer service, the stench of smoke is prevalent, and no receipts when you drop of a package.
