The lines can get a bit long here, but today I was in and out in less than 10 mins on a Friday afternoon. The man at the counter was polite & nice, and the area was clean and organized. The place sometimes has three trucks outside, (FED EX, UPS and DHL) and it gets very busy before and after holidays.They work hard, are very professional and super nice We live in a remote part of southern Vermont, rely on amazon for essentials, and they have the only drop off point for miles around. They provide shipping or packing services and when I use them, i had nothing ever broken or delayed. I have used their services for years, and I would rue the day if they ever decide to close. I recommend them without qualification. This is exactly the type of business you want in your own town.
