The sales associate said he'd throw them away for me. Did not offer to credit me or apologize for the mixup. I had to purchase a new lock to replace the one we had to cut off and he didn't offer to take a few bucks off that for the inconvenience. I didn't ask for it because I was hoping he'd know to do the right thing. Starting a decent sized project in the area and was hoping to use this Aubuchon as my home base for tools and supplies.

When I asked to rent the stump grinder I was told that it is out of service . The gentleman at the desk advised he was sorry. I asked why I wasn't called earlier and he replied he didn't know.
