After I got home, I realized I made a stupid mistake in my package and had to re-package it (luckily their pick-up time was evening), so I ran to the center again to fix it! I think there was a guy there that maybe got angry at me (not his fault, my mistake), however the other staff calmed him in a few seconds and were super helpful to me and helped me replace the envelope with a new one too! 10/10 would visit again for future needs. P.s.: I don't know why all print places in Jersey City charge for "computer time" ? (PostNet's price for that was also very reasonable compared to others in the area)

Staff members will be called to a window around the corner from the main windows and you will wait upwards of 15-20 minutes before you get an unsatisfactory response. Never in my life have I witnessed this poor of a USPS service in my life. Understandably funding is reduced and things are hard but to dismiss the concerns of a customers is beyond.

They had seamlessly loaded the contents of my 650 square foot apartment including large/heavy fragile furniture with glass (8 foot tall dresser with mirror weighing 250 lbs, and 50 galloon reptile tank) in about 1 hour. We promptly left via car to meet them at our new address in Philly, and they arrived at exactly the same time as we did. They unloaded the truck in about an hour again, and helped partially unpack and put items in the proper places, especially the furniture that would have been hard for me to move on my own later. I will continue to use Piece of Cake, and have recommended to several friends over the years that I have been using them. It was quick working with the customer support team initially to quote the move, make payment, and on COIs and confirmation. When we move again in a couple years Piece of Cake will be the only mover I call. My recommendation to others considering the service, be transparent and honest about the contents of your move, especially items requiring extra protection even if there is an additional fee involved. There were no surprise add-ons in my move because we carefully selected every single item that would be included in our move early on in the process, and made sure to reply in detail to the follow up emails regarding insurance, access to the apartments (stairs vs elevator, reserved elevator, etc.), and so on move-in day everything went off without a hitch. When I dropped the iPhone off the CSR did not label or tape my package in front of me. But I assumed positive intent that he would do his job and not potentially go through my package. Long story short, I got a message from Apple stating that they received an empty box with no iPhone inside to return. So at some point between me dropping it off and it being in-transit to the return center someone pocketed my iPhone. Thankfully Apple was willing to work with me and the situation was rectified rather quickly but the fact I had to deal with that BS. It already sucks we only have two FedEx Shipping Centers in the Hoboken/Jersey City area. The location at Exchange Place is probably better but the parking is just as bad.
