There is almost never a line and when there is a line it is typically just one person in front of you. This Post Office is on Ft Dix side of the base. It's small and a little out dated, but it serves…read moreit's purpose. Most importantly to me it is convenient when I run errands nearby. I've used this Post Office a few times in the past month and received very good customer service. The time arrived was 10-11am and it has been an in & out stop on both occasions. The postal workers were fast and friendly...unlike other USPS locations I've visited--left poor Yelp reviews. But this place would get 5 stars if it was more updated and maintained a professional appearance. Let me clarify, this place isn't tore up trashy looking, but it can improve on the presentation of the papers/advertising on the walls. Am I being too picky, maybe...but I am being honest. Moreover, the customer service is the most important part of a Post Office, so this location has the hardest part accomplished. The other stuff are easy fixes.

12/19/2022 - Went to drop off a return, waited 45 minutes for one customer to be helped with 10+…read moreitems they were shipping. It took less than 1 minute to drop off and scan my item. I think a return line should be implemented for those not shipping items out. 12/20/2022 - Went earlier in the day to drop off a different return. The store was open and no one was there. Waited over 40 minutes with another person in line for a representative to return. Very inconvenient & unreliable, probably best to try the UPS location in New Egypt instead.

This UPS store is located within the JBMDL AAFES Base Exchange building as a concession store (near…read morethe barbershop); access to the installation is required. The store is not large, but it has almost everything you will find in a larger UPS store. All the shipping/packing material you'll need to send your item to its destination. They also have notary and fax services...YES I said fax in 2019!! The place is clean, fully stocked and well lighted. The manager Patel provided great customer service ... I was in and out in a flash!
