I highly recommend this place if you're on base and don't have the means or time to go off base for your dry cleaning

Well I COULD HAVE CALLED THE MANUFACTURER!!! So he could not repair without contacting them??? I NEVER spoke to "LENNY", if in fact Lenny exists. Always spoke to a woman over the phone. I have stopped by repeatedly. Doors are locked and no lights on. Even though within posted hours of operation. She informed me over the phone that they could not find anyone that wanted to work for them. So that's MY problem?!?!?! FINALLY- THEY arranged an appointment with me to pick it up. 11 AM Saturday, 1018/2025. No one was there and the woman Sandy? Would not answer the phone or respond to my texts. I am going to report this to the police as a theft of my property. VERY, VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! UPDATE--- I finally retrieved my property. The woman was very nice and polite. I've used this Post Office a few times in the past month and received very good customer service. The time arrived was 10-11am and it has been an in & out stop on both occasions. The postal workers were fast and friendly...unlike other USPS locations I've visited--left poor Yelp reviews. But this place would get 5 stars if it was more updated and maintained a professional appearance. Let me clarify, this place isn't tore up trashy looking, but it can improve on the presentation of the papers/advertising on the walls. Am I being too picky, maybe...but I am being honest. Moreover, the customer service is the most important part of a Post Office, so this location has the hardest part accomplished. The other stuff are easy fixes.

Hit and miss. They post their hours as 11:30am-4:30pm, but it's pretty random. Not good when you're trying to make a quick stop on your lunch break, and the closest other post offices are on Fort Dix or out in Wrightstown. Then, on the occasions that I have found them open, it almost never fails that I'll stand there and wait while the clerks finish screwing around on their cell phones, finish (obviously personal) phone conversations, or stand around talking to someone else behind the counter, totally ignoring any customers that might be waiting. Your best bet is to drive over to the Dix or Wrightstown Post Offices. You've got a much better chance of accomplishing your business in a reasonable amount of time.

There is almost never a line and when there is a line it is typically just one person in front of you. I JUST unpacked my crate with the paintings that prompted me to use them over a regular mover in the first place and I can't overstate how much care went into packing them. They went the extra mile. I wish someone had written a review on Yelp! before I found them, it would have put my mind at ease but I really had nothing to worry about. They were quick. I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming.
