They tried to completely pin it on me instead of appeasing the damn customer and coming to the correct address. I had to reschedule TWICE. The window of delivery from 8am to 8pm with no estimate is absurd as if someone has 12 hours to wait for a package. Customer service rep wasn't helpful, had an attitude problem and didn't help me with the fact that their delivery driver was in the wrong.

They forged my signature and dropped the box in front of my door in a black plastic bag. Opened the bag the box is soaking wet and smelled like vinegar. Took it back to the post office the next day and explained to the supervisor, it was delivered signature required I never signed and presented her the box inside the plastic bag. She whispered to the teller "those are MTA uniforms" then tells me they had an entire shipment of boxes that came to them wet. Yet instead of sending them back and saying it was damaged in transit they decided to send them to me. Because of my connections I called another post office and had them run the tracking number and I was told "someone signed it as if they were you and they spelled your first name wrong" . Isn't that a federal offense? The supervisor sent it back "refused" so, now I have to call the uniform company and tell them what happened and let them know to look out for the damaged box and to resend the uniforms to me once they receive the package. I have so many horror stories from this post office including my income tax check never made it to me and it was cashed. IRS did an investigation sent me another check. That one was cashed too but, yet it made it to the post office both times. I'm over them.

I told her I usually get it in 4-6 weeks and 'fixing' the stamp is illegal. She offered silence..except for "Next, please". My commission expires July 14, 2022. I estimated the time which would be approximately the first week in June. Bingo! I was blessed. Received my new card, June 3. I plan to call there and share my card arrival by phone. It's about the satisfaction of proving people wrong when they think they're so right. Insecure people have a need to be controlling and intimating to the public. She'd make a good Meter Maid.

The previous comment mentioned that the clerk is very rude but that person is no longer there and I've only had good experiences with the postal workers there. Overall, this is a great location for speedy service. Highly recommend (but don't tell too many of your friends about it) =P
