In a mean and obnoxious, embarrassing and demeaning verbal attack because we parked in the loading zone in front of the store. We were customers of FedEx dropping off PRE-PAID PRE-LABELED cartons to ship which Postal Connections gets paid to receive for FedEx That FedEx is paying them to treat their customers in this manner is beyond my comprehension. The parking is very limited in front of their store, the packages were large and heavy, one was 30 pounds. This would be one of their busiest times just before shippers make their final pickup for the week, resulting in even less parking opportunities. I have a bad back and where we parked was the only place to park. We were there for under 5 minutes and there was an adult in the vehicle, that could easily move our vehicle with a moment's notice. I kept getting interrupted more than once when I tried to explain why and was told rudely each time, "don't park there, ever" I did say that they could be a bit kinder in their delivery and the response was "or, you could just never park there ... ever!"
