Wasting money. Total sham. I was told 2 weeks, and I wont be getting my stuff until almost 3 weeks. I actually cannot believe I paid these people a dime. They went above and beyond. I JUST unpacked my crate with the paintings that prompted me to use them over a regular mover in the first place and I can't overstate how much care went into packing them. They went the extra mile. Even the guy who delivered the pallets to me in Seattle said he could tell true professionals prepared my shipment. I wish someone had written a review on Yelp! before I found them, it would have put my mind at ease but I really had nothing to worry about. They were quick. I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. If I ever move back east, I want these guys to take care of my move. Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

I don't dispute the validity of the 1-star (or less) reviews, but luckily that hasn't been my own experience. A few years ago, I had to fax documents over to a potential employer, and I chose to use the Staples store in Chester, NJ. My experience there was an exercise in frustration, and it was expensive to boot (I left a 2-star review on Yelp; they subsequently closed-- not that I take any pleasure in that, but it came as no big surprise...and I'm sure my 2-star review had nothing to do with it!). Pissed off, exasperated, I decided to use the UPS Store instead. The store clerk quickly and efficiently faxed my documents over to where they needed to go, and it was substantially less expensive than the Staples had been. A week or so ago, I ordered a photo album from Amazon for $30. It arrived quickly, minus the pages necessary to mount photos. Sort of comparable to ordering a record album with no actual record inside. In order to get a refund, I was told to print out the "refund" page they sent to me, take it over to the nearest UPS store, and they would process my refund. Seemed like a cumbersome, annoying way for me to get my money back for their f*ck-up, but I didn't have the patience or time to dispute the procedure with Amazon (although my Yelp entries don't always indicate it, I DO have a life), and I don't have enough discretionary income that I can just kiss off $30. So...I printed out the page, and brought it to this UPS store, which is not far from where I live, along with the page-less album in its cardboard box. There was a line of 2 or 3 people, but the line moved quickly. Less than 5 minutes after entering the store, the process was completed, and my money had been refunded. They kept the album; I walked out with the empty cardboard box. As I've said, my reasons for utilizing their services are few and far between, but when I've had to utilize said services, I've never had any cause for complaint.

Over time the staff feel like family. We have have lots of trust with them (especially during covid times) and knew that our son was not only being taken care of; he was being loved. The environment is cheerful and the classroom are very artistic with lots of crafts. They promote curiosity oriented learning and explore with textures and colors. The teacher show a genuine interest in the kids and really do love every single one of them. The teachers are always willing to work with parents, whether it is about diet, allergies, pacifiers and sleep/nap schedules, medicine. I was a first time mom and didn't know of another place that would be so close or affordable. I kept my daughter here, truly for the convenience of distance and price rate. However, many times I would have normal questions I would think a typical parent of a 1-2 year old can have and there were times they didn't have an answer for me. Sometimes they were not willing to accommodate our family needs, yet that's part of what they claim they stand for. Please understand that my daughter was always happy to go there because of her teachers. The teachers do the best they can, but they lack appropriate training and sometimes resources. My biggest issue was with management. From my personal experience, since I am a teacher myself and deal with parents and here management was never the most professional with me as a parent. It really hurt me that we felt pushed out. They wouldn't accommodate my schedule and didn't guarantee me a spot for my daughter. They said they would let me know in advance and never did, which led me to find another school and know about my options, because they wouldn't give me an answer. As far as academics is concerned, my daughter didn't learn much there. They would play all day, hence she was always happy to go. I never saw a real progress in her learning. The administration was never willing to accommodate a family who had already been there for 2 years. They didn't care about losing us and pushed us out. Another issue was that there was no one you can take formal concerns to. They were all extremely close at a personal level and I knew I would not be heard. I would only recommend this place for your child's care if you want them to play all day and you want good rates. But be aware if you are 5 minutes late, you will be charge per half hour. I have to be honest as I never felt my daughter was neglected or in danger, but definitely didn't get the best educational experience there. This place could be a better place for families around BR if they take a better business management approach, which they have lack of.
