This is my second visit to this UPS Store location, and unfortunately, it confirmed my first…read moreimpression. The first time I came in, they tried to charge me $2.50 just to print a return label, which already felt excessive. Today was even more frustrating. My Amazon return was already packed in the original box it came in, but because one small flap wasn't taped down, they insisted it wasn't acceptable and wanted to charge me an additional $2 just to tape it. It feels like they nickel-and-dime customers for the smallest things rather than providing basic service. This kind of treatment is incredibly frustrating and comes across as poor customer service. On top of that, the employees were very dismissive and came across as unhappy to be there. The overall attitude made the experience even more unpleasant and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I wish someone had written a review on Yelp! before I found them, it would have put my mind at ease but I really had nothing to worry about. They were quick. I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. This shop is owned and operated by a great local family; they are very attentive and NEVER pushy. They will clean and repair all of your jewelry .. even if you didn't buy it from them. What differentiates the good from the bad is service. This location of Plaza Dry Cleaning proves the point. The service provided is terrible. Here is an example of their customer focus: after my dry cleaning were returned well after committed pick up time, (needed to wait as it was an emergency) the attendant attempted to provide 45 pennies as change because the cash draw was "out of silver". This is a simple example of why I would recommend to drive another block and try ANYPLACE else!
