Do not recommen. Very rude and not helpful at all. I went in to get a package that was being held their that I was told it was their and when I look up the tracking number it says it is their. John was very rude from the start huffed and roled his eyes as he said what's the tracking number then rudely interrupted me and says to do 4 numbers at a time. Dennease was giving an attitude and was annoyed the entire time. once they went to the back they were not even in their for a minutie and says oh you have to come tomorrow. Just cause they don't want to look for the package I'm not sure but then proceeds to lie and says it's not their and it will arrive at the adress I changed it to when I never gave a new adress because I was picking it up from their read more

parking is available in the lot in the front, many cars are quickly passing through this lot which is a bit chaotic. went in to purchase a prepaid label, which I could not purchase as I did not have the measurements of the package. These days giving good reviews are rare. People just don't go out of their way to help. WELL, today I called the Post Office on East Bay Ave, Manahawkin.. and Dimitri answered the phone. I asked him to help with an elderly man who is very sick to assist in his mail delivery. Im just a friend and he went full force to do what was necessary to help this individual. I ship packages out very often. All of the various Postal Clerks are consistently courteous and helpful to both my wife and I. We have never had any negative issues. The gentleman who delivers our mail is also very friendly and helpful. read more

I had a prepaid package that needed to be sent out so I stopped by the post office on my way home from work. All it needed was a piece of tape to keep the label on the package. The woman at the desk referred me to a $4 tape dispenser and proceeded to tell me she will not supply me with a piece of tape. It was a complete waste of time, I had to run all the way home to tape it up, and then to drive all the way back. read more
