Things are always lost when it has to be processed through this post office. Very disappointing.

I go to this post office frequently because I sell a lot of clothes online. There is always a pretty long line no matter what time of day and only 1 person working. Normally, the employees are not very friendly, unfortunately. I have found that most post offices are pretty similar. read more

I use this post office often, however, I mailed two boxes of cloths on Feb 21, 2025 to Fla. One box arrived a week later than on the receipt the other got lost and still has not been received. The young lady behind the counter was extremely disinterested and rude. I mentioned something to her and I believe she purposely misdirected one of the boxes. Same rating, but I had to say that when I walked in and saw the LONG line, I contemplated leaving. But then, the ONLY employee (female) working there did some magic! She was waiting on one person, and asked THREE others what they needed - finished up her initial transaction, and HELPED THE OTHER TWO at the same time! Damn! I was next and told her that I wanted a book of stamp and was paying with a card - I was following suit - I felt like this was Seinfeld's "Soup Nazi" applied to going postal - or TO the postal. I was in and out within five minutes and told the teller that I was impressed - she thanked me, unlike the other miserable customers. It's lunch time for God's sake! I hustled back to my office, and was only one minute late, which I'll make up on the back end. read more

Mailed a birthday card inside the marlton post office, to go from Marlton to Berlin, over the past weekend and today Friday, the birthday person still has not received it. Way past the birthday. Such poor service! In past years you only needed a day or two for the mail to reach the next town. It's going on a week without the birthday card reaching the person! Horrible service!! read more

This post office has always been subpar but today took the cake. I had one package to mail and am able to use the self service machine therefore I should've been in and out in two minutes. However, the self service machine was down. It's ALWAYS out of service. So I waited behind ten people in line. There were only two employees working the counter at lunch time. And after ten minutes in line right before my turn, their internet went down and they could only accept cash. Who carries cash in 2019? I will NEVER go to this post office again. read more

Just don't. In order to get a job here, you need to have on your resume things like," hate everyone", "try to be rude as much as possible", and " don't sort the mail." Qualifications include, IQ less than your shoe size and a contest that runs weekly called "Let's be mean to everyone". I hate this place. read more

Today is the second time in a week that this office did not open on time. I can hear employees in the back talking and laughing. Why can't someone open the counter and serve customers. I guess no one at the post office cares as long as they get paid. read more

Once upon a time, the USPS was an evil necessity, dreaded by all. Employees were rude and the lines were long and slow moving. Lately, however, my experiences with the USPS generally, and in particular with this location, have been much easier. I often run my postal errands at lunch time, and end up at the Marlton post office. The retail space is spacious, including several areas where one can step aside and fill out their postal forms or whatnot before getting into line. The line always moved quickly and the employees are friendly and helpful. If you have a fairly simple package, there is even a self service postage machine which allows you to weigh you package, select services, and print postage. I dreaded coming here at lunch time today, tax day, thinking the line would be out the door with people who, like me, waited until the lady day to file. Perhaps most people are just filing online, but I was surprised to see just a few people in line, and the line moved right along. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The same two women have been at the counter for years which only proves Federal jobs are written in stone and not determined by merit or customer service skills. The short grey haired woman with a ponytail (stated her name was Debbie but no visible tag except USPS) is incredibly rude, and defended male who refused to deliver our mail because our 15 month old lab was sleeping on his bed at the double-paned locked glass door . This man was 'in fear of his life or attack' per Debbie and wrote "animal interference" as his reason not to come up to the house with our mail. My son was expecting a package and had paid for expedited shipping but the Federally protected incompetents are safe behind a 'guaranteed' protection according to Debbie (?), and our mail was delayed by 24 hours. They are trying to blame our usual mail carrier who happens to love dogs and leaves a biscuit on the mailbox with her delivery. The employees like Debbie and the carrier afraid of a sleeping dog behind a locked door resent employees who get positive feedback from the public (like Mary) because it highlights their nasty, condescending, unhelpful attitudes. This location in Marlton needs to be CLOSED. I've lived here 27 years and it's pathetic that this woman and those like her still have a job. I have read many negative reviews about this location and the same woman, and believe the few positive reviews are written by the employees. When Mary is off we receive mail for other houses on our street and even the street behind us. The level of incompetence is astounding but after we do their job and deliver the mail to the RIGHT ADDRESS and notify the post office we don't receive an apology or a thank you. I mailed a fragile statue from there to Florida. Scheduled to arrive in 4 days. It took 4 weeks and arrived broken. Mailed a book from this place to PA, scheduled to arrive in 3 days. It's been 7 days and still hasn't arrived. It got sent to MA... I don't know wtf is going on at this place, but I've never had issues with packages mailed from other locations. read more

Debbie is the nastiest person I have ever met. Do not go to her if you have to mail anything of importance. I would go to another post office or wait for someone else to help me. I mailed out save the dates and asked if I could hand cancel them instead of them going through a machine. Before allowing me to do so she yelled at me saying they don't do that. I told her I talked to someone the day before and they said I could. So I proceeded to hand cancel them, she told me I was doing it wrong and told me to hurry up because I was taking too long, but I was on the side of the counter not taking up any space. She told me she would do the rest since I was just taking sooooo long. She lied. They ended up putting them through the machine. I understand it's the post office and they don't have to give amazing customer service but what I dislike is when people treat other people like animals. read more

The tiniest post office i have ever been too. Only one person works here, but he is a gentleman! I needed some tape for the shipment i was sending and he graciously let me borrow some. You'd be surprised how many USPS offices are so rude and say "nope sorry cant help you". Also a lot of the post offices in the south jersey area have such weird times! 7am-4pm or then theres 8am-noon. Uh what? But this one has your standard 9-5 hrs. Thank god. read more

We had a different carrier than normal today but I was annoyed because my flower beds are clearly bordered yet this carrier felt the need to step into my flower bed to look at packages that weren't even for her to pick up and had a big sign that said UPS. When I asked why she had to step into my gardens, she gave me a nasty look! No apologies, just that she was trying to look at outgoing packages. I'm standing right there, just ask! I had a few letters and a package to send off and I was in and out during lunch time. There is plenty of parking and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I feel they presented valuable information for mailing options and prices. Not very crowded or busy which is nice. I only went to this location because it was on my way when I was out and about, it is not the closest post office to me but I may go here again since it is not too far and exceptional service. read more

The entire town has about 10,000 people, they can't get mail from A to B. They told me an office building I sent tracked mail to doesn't exists. After expressing that I send mail there 2 times a month for almost 20 years - the Rep finally relented, but said they must have lost my letter. Ugh. She said to check back, but now they never answer the phone. I had to call the 800# and file a complaint. This is no way to run a business.... read more

I recently had a terrible encounter here with Debbie and thought I'd check yelp to see if anyone else experienced the same thing and it turns out they have! She is extremely unprofessional and rude. I was in disbelief with her behavior. Save yourself the headache from experiencing an irrational and erratic encounter with her & go to the Medford post office instead (they're MUCH nicer there). I had important and expensive packages to send out but after my encounter with her, I didn't trust leaving them here so I had to go somewhere else. AVOID THIS POST OFFICE!!!!! The old lady with gray hair in a pony tail at the counter is extremely rude. I got there at 4:50pm, ten minutes prior to the post office closing to mail my package. She was the only person at the counter with a line of 6 people. She spends too much time talking about all the sick time she has to burn sitting on a beach, and flirting with a male customer named Rocco. I was the 3rd person in line and by the time she waited on me it was after 5 pm. She refused to help me and allow me 30 seconds to fix my mailing label stating "She had other things she had to do" and yelling at me saying "What country were you raised in?" She told me I would have to come back another day or "Go to Voorhees". She should be fired from her job for being so rude to customers! It's not my fault that she was the only person at the counter and she does not manage her time well. You would think the United States Postal Service had much higher standards for employees, but that was proved wrong since they employ this low class piece of trash. Absolutely the worst customer service! Always a line , with only 2 employees working. Most employees are unfriendly and refuse to go out of their way to please customers. Asked for a piece of tape to reinforce a letter that seemed to be coming apart and was told that they could NOT tape any mail!!! Short comment, "think about it. If we taped every piece of mail, for every customer who asked, it would be very expensive". Take it back, and tape it yourself". Wow, need I say more? read more

Rude, crass and nasty. Some folks like it here, some do not. It depends on your age and gender. Older folks can be treated very disrespectfully, and actually yelled at if you don't understand their directions. FE: counter person pointing and yelling, "Over there !! Over there!! don't you see?" Or, "I TOLD YOU already!" You might even be chastised in front of a room full of patrons then told "YOU have a GOOD day now." FEDEX is faster, kinder and much easier to deal with. We go out of our way to use FEDEX now. read more

Friendly and helpful. There used to be an employee who was exceptionally rude to all customers, but I haven't seen him for a while, so perhaps he has left. Occasionally the lines in here can get quite long, but if you time it right, no problems. read more
