The friendly staff and fast service makes up for the fact that this location does not have a machine to print your own priority mail labels. I came in with 4 packages that I wanted to print labels for and put in the drop bin. I had to wait in line and pay at the counter since they don't have the machine to do it yourself. The line went fast and the worker gave my kids candy. I've already been back twice so I'll give it a 5 star review. read more

The middle aged Indian woman is incredibly unhelpful. She continues to tell false information instead of assisting customers with their problems and concerns. Post delivery to our mobile home community on Monday 11/19/20. We walk up to the central boxes after 1500 and the postal carrier is standing outside his mail truck next to the boxes smoking. Not good for those of us that have enough trouble breathing without having to fight second hand smoke. We leave the area and walk the other half of the community, stop and visit a few minutes with a neighbor and then head to the mail boxes once again. He is just putting mail into the boxes and apparently not doing a good job of it. I say this because upon emptying her mail vox one of us standing there finds someone else's mail in her box. We stand there waiting..other neighbors joining us. A neighbor starts chatting with the carrier and he stops what he's doing and the shoot the breeze for about five minutes before the neighbor leaves and the carrier continues filling boxes. Finally he finishes, closes up, and leaves. I understand carriers need breaks. However they should not be smoking at our mail boxes. And can you be more careful? I've gotten others mail in the past. I understand mistakes happen but common. Be careful. And smoke somewhere else! This is not acceptable. read more

Again the same thing happened as my review on 9/10/18. Carrier says they unsuccessfully tried to deliver mail to my home on 1/29/19 at 10:30am. Says they left a failed attempt notice. Well I was home AGAIN and no notice on my door. They left it in the community mailbox. They never even tried delivering it! Instead I had to reschedule delivery because of a LAZY MAILMAN who lies! read more

The lady that was working on Saturday, Aug 19th, 2017 was so rude to the person in front of me that people behind me were making comments. Then when I got to the desk, she got snippy with me and I address it. I've been using the office for over 20 years and never was treated so rude. Well the dam carriers were not doing their job our address was on the mail correct and they have sent it all back to the senders. I always come here because its near in my house. But then when I come here I dont like to see this indian woman because she dont treat people right. She thinks shes the boss. OMG! I needed a change of address form, they offered them but wanted you to stand in line to get one. The problem was...the line was to the door! So I went online to change it but the site wouldn't allow me to change it! I kept getting an error message, my sister had the same issue. You would think I'm trying to change my name. I have never been a fan of post offices. This one had a long line in the middle of the morning. If they had an electronic mail station it would be much simpler. Instead you have to wait in a long line just to have an extremely rude employee assist you in the mailing process. If you need me to sign the back of my credit card, explain that to me. I have always came here (2years) and received the worst customer service but sometimes I have to come in here due to my packages ending up here. Recently I came in and I don't know if Nicholas just got hired or hes been there but he has given me the best customer service I have ever received there. Never really had bad experiences here. Today I went with an envelope that already had a stamp but I wasn't sure if it's enough as I added something inside. There were 3 cashiers but still a lot of customers. And there was this guy that came from the back, maybe a manager or something like that and asked everyone if we needed any stamps or other simple assistance that wouldn't need the help of the cashiers. I totally like that and I was very thankful that I didn't have to wait in line just for a stamp. Thank you! read more

Both of the clerks seemed to have this manner. If it's the closest USPS to you and everything is perfect, drop it off and run. When I have a problem I speak to Michelle she usually gets things straight. Spoke to her about a carrier who kept dilute ring our mail to the wrong addresses. The substitute carrier blamed me fir loosing the mail when everyone on the block was walking to one another's house trading mail. This was the only time I had a problem. The regular carrier is back Wonderful guy. Thank God Call Michelle with your problems she will help you out. read more

85202 has got to be the worst post office I have ever dealt with. I am home Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 and 5 because I work out of my home. After 5:00pm, I will walk to the postal area in our gated condominium complex and find a note in the mailbox saying they tried delivering a package during the hours of 8:30 to 10:00. I know my doorbell works just fine and I even have a security camera at my door and I will rewind the tape to the specific time they claim they tried to deliver the package and no one is seen ringing the doorbell. This creates a big hassle for me because I have to wait until Saturday which is the busiest day of the week at the post office to pick up the parcel they never delivered but kindly put the note that they tried to deliver in my post box. Now this only happens on occasion, but I can expect on average that this happens only 1 out of 5 times. And it's not the person who normally delivers at noon. Because I know our regular postal person and I know they would not do it. read more

2 stars is being generous. I had a prepaid package that cost me just shy off $70 dollars to ship. Instead of just sitting it up on the counter and leaving like i do for less important items ,i waited in line and requested to have it scanned in so could get a receipt. Well Lets just say some people should not be working behind the counter with the public. The lady behind the counter was sort of demeaning, semi-rude and unquestionably uncaring. TERRIBLE customer service! phone line busy all day and then when finally answered I was met with an attitude that no one should have to be subjected to. The location itself I dont know much about other than the hours are inconvenient to my schedule but i suppose thats not a huge fault. The personel and phone system needs to be revamped. read more

I run a small business where I mailout thousands of postcards for my clients each month from multiple USPS locations across the valley. I have been to at least 10 different USPS stores and got OK to AWESOME service from various locations. This location by far is the worst of the worst. Employees are rude and think they are your boss and try to correct you when you tell them something. No customer service or smile and they leave you with a feeling of punching them in the face. Keep in mind everytime I go in for these mailers, I spend around 700 to 800 dollars per order but still these people show no gratitude, then the PO complains that they are going out of business. What a damn shame. If I had the choice to ship these mailers with UPS or FEDEX I will never ever step into a USPS store. I actually got so frustrated with these guys that I had to call their main office and talk to my sales rep to fix the issue while the USPS employees were clueless. I hope someone up top reads these comments and tries to give these employees a class on CUSTOMER SERVICE. I guess they are running out of business because they give people kaka service. read more

I had the worst experience here when i misplaced my mailbox key. The customer service was horrible and there was absolutely NO communication within the staff. i Unfortunately had to go to the post office 3 times before they were able to help my with my situation. Sure i shouldn't have misplaced my key but in a time of need- this really was the worst experience. I have worked in customer service for a very long time and these people at the post office clearly do not like their jobs. Unfortunately, Dobson station is the post office i had to go for my issue because of my address. If i could have gone somewhere else i would have. Even with leaving my address, phone number, etc. they still managed to misplace my information to make the phone call to tell my the locks had been changed and to pick up my new keys. This comes just weeks after our mail carrier left the mailboxes at my townhome community wide open. This happened on a Saturday so of course all night and day it remained open as you had to have a key to close it. I called this concern in to the big USPS of course and took pictures. The mailboxes stayed open until Sunday I really wish i had nicer things to say about this place but it is a MESS!! read more
