I think they could pack eggs and have them show up unbroken 3,000 miles later. They partner with Yellow Freight which brings the cost to half of what other shippers charge (who use various mail services). When Yellow Freight forgot to scan the four handmade box crates in Chicago (apparently quite unusual) and we weren't sure where they were, Scott offered to call Yellow Freight and described the crates so that could be more easily found. Everything arrived in perfect order and the boxes & inserts that Scott made were amazing. This is a family business, run by Scott and his wife, and they care about what they do. It shows.

I stopped in here on my way to the post office, to make copies of my proofs of identification (passport, driver's license, birth certificate). Upon entering, I was greeted by a crush of Dora the Explorer colorings and toys on display at an empty reception desk. I thought for a second that I mistakenly walked into a daycare. In the back room, a very friendly woman came to my assistance just as an elementary school aged girl dash past me. Later, a black dog (perhaps a lab mix) danced around and gently brushed against my legs. The woman made my copies, even though it was immediately clear that they were built more for presorting, shipping, and larger business orders. She also felt really bad about the quality of the copies (which were somewhat too dark, and not close to photo quality), so she only charged me $0.10 for the eight copies she made (only 4 of which were usable). I gave her a quarter and didn't bother to take the change. This trip to CT presort was truly an experience. I can't really recommend it as a stand-in for Kinkos, nor do I know if they do a good job with bulk copying, presorting, and shipping, they have great customer service, far exceeding my expectations.

So rude that when I returned to the store to get proof that a claim was filed, he threw the paper on the counter, walked past me, and never spoke a word to me. Local management couldn't be bothered to respond when I filed a complaint. And the corporate response simply said that a claim was filed appropriately. No response to my detailed account of how I was treated.
