This post office is relatively small and usually quieter than others I've been in. This is a decent post office if you already have your labels printed and you are just dropping off your package. Otherwise forget it. The parking lot is not the biggest but I have never had an issue finding a parking. The big problem here is when you need to wait in line for any services needed by the cashiers. The lines here are long and take forever. Consider yourself lucky if there are two or more people working the line. Most of the time there only seems to be one worker. There was one time where there was an issue with my mail and the supervisor wasn't the nicest. I will say though most of the postal workers here don't have the best attitude. Really if you are just dropping off packages its an easy in and out. Other then that expect to be here for a while. read more

Terrible customer service. They do not answer their phones at this location, and they lost a package without updating the tracking. I had to go find it myself. The postmaster sent me to another office to get a refund, then claimed he never gave that instruction. I have a horrible experience every time I come to this post office. The lines are always long, and the customer service makes it worse. A couple of employees especially during evenings and weekends are consistently rude to multiple customers, speaking in a dismissive, condescending way that makes the whole experience uncomfortable. Instead of helping, they'll say "you can't do that here" and send you off to the side with no guidance. No apology, no effort just attitude. This post office is the worst. They lie that they try to deliver certified packages.The delivery personnel are the laziest human beings who gets paid by our tax money but don't do their jobs. They will make you pick up your packages from the office after paying extra for the service---you'd still end up picking up your package. This a waste of our tax money. The supervisors can't do sh*t about their employees cuz this happens all the time and nobody really delivers the package. Filed multiple complaints, spoke to supervisor or post master multiple times but same issue over and over. Their phone is always off and unable to speak to anybody during office hours. read more

The clerks that work in this post office are awesome!! Every post office has long lines so it's not just this office but the ladies make you feel like the wait was worth it. Even if it's 1 clerk there, they're always pleasant and professional. They're never rude and take their time with each other, always apologizing for any wait you incurred. They're never rude have a self mailing and postage machine, most people don't use it so it makes the line longer but the machine is really easy. They always have supplies on hand and when I've sent packages to my son overseas, they office always get them out on time. Great job ladies read more

Went in for my 1st ever passport. Old lady that helped me needs to either retire or take anger management classes. She was EXTREMELY rude. Threw all my paperwork at me, yelled at me after taking 10!!!! copies of my birth certificate saying she doesn't know why it comes out as Void. Obviously it'll show void when you take a copy of an original. Stapled my birth certificate 6 times. Horrible experience overall. Only regarding passport appointments: C'mon... people made passport appointment times for a reason. Our time is precious, too. I get that delays can happen but an additional 30-60 min wait time is pushing it. Please staff up. You need more than one person, and stop taking late people in who completely missed their appointment which pushes those who arrive on time wayy back. read more

This use to be great post office.. years ago.. Now that all quaified people retired from there.. Its been a mess.. Nobody knows what there doing or doesn't want to work.. Nobody answers the phone.. I had at least 4 packages this year scan unknown address Somebody is really stupid there.. The address counts more than the barcode.... Dummies... This post office needs new management /overhaul etc. Maybe they should close it.. Since nothing seems to work right there. I wish the postal inspector could see what going on here. Who does this? My house for whatever reason is where the mail truck parks on a daily basis. Today this person decides to not park next door where there was parking and instead blocks my trash cans so that the trash trucks cannot pick up. Now I have to call the trash company to come back to pick up. So annoying. read more

I'm thinking about asking for a full investigation regarding the delivery or lack of delivery of mail to our church. I went to the post office and was told that the postal worker says, we don't get mail. I sent a couple of test cards, and they arrived and one with an actual piece of mail. We haven't received any ads or charitable organization information for many months. This has happened before. I've had to go to the post office to complain. We have a new mail person in our area , she keeps mixing up our mail with our neighbors, end up delivering mails to each one whoever gets the wrong mail. Other times before , some of our mail were found on the streets and some neighbors would hand it to us, adding worst to it all, this new mail woman leaves our gate door wide open after her deliveries. This place needs more personal, nicer and a none discriminatory environment. The line it's long most of the time and when it's not long service is slow on purpose to have people wait for no reason. If employees didn't want to work or dislike their job they shouldn't be there because it is a place where communication is a must. Lots of thin skin people crying in the reviews. Fyi there is no red carpet at any USPO none. I go there all the time and my postal lady even knows be by name and apt number. We have 300 units here. Sure sometimes people are in a bad mood as I'm sure you all get. Sometimes you're in and out and other times you're trying to find something to do bc the lines are long af. I have called and been called back for special packages and even get my mail delivered to my door if my mail box is full. If you're happy at your job have some empathy for others and understand what it must feel like to work there. dealing with thin skin crybabies all day. I really wish I could give this post office zero stars. With Covid you have to make an appointment to get your passport process. No biggie. I made an appointment for today at 11:45. I walk in 15 minutes before for the check at the front desk to tell me that they canceled appointments and they made calls to let everyone know that the passport appointments are being canceled. I never got an email or a phone call or even a voicemail. I tell them that and says oh well we're not doing them today make another appointment. What kind of bullshit is that? I already saw that this post office had poor reviews but I was hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt. Wasted my time. I could've been at work. Go somewhere else if you can. read more

Regarding passport service! I wish I saw all the previous reviews before coming here for my sons passport. All the clerks out front were so nice and attentive. However the passport lady had us wait almost 45 mins bc she was no where to be found. Why even make an appointment? She was EXTREMELY rude, extremely short and did not explain to me she had to send my sons original birth certificate. She just took it with all my other paperwork and I didn't realize it was never handed back. Had I known I would have delayed the passport process as I needed his birth certificate for his baptism. Now a baptism i had planned for months has to be canceled. I am extremely upset. I do not understand how this lady is still working here with as many complaints as she has!! read more

This post office kicks serious ass. It's open early, 8:00 a.m., which is hard to find. It's conveniently located south of Firestone Blvd., but pretty much in a residential area. As a result, it's somewhat hidden and has tons of free street parking right outside the front door. I was totally running late for a training class today. I was able to park right out front, and ran inside to ship my package. There was no line, practically no one else there except for this totally nice and sweet clerk. She was totally calm and professional, even though I was distracted and in the early stages of panic. Everything was smooth and efficient, and I still made it to class on time! read more

I have been to this place a few times and let me tell you, get ready to wait. If you are expecting to be in and out for a drop off or stamp purchase, that is not going to happen. The location is nestled within a residential area and parking is shared with nearby apartment renters/guests but worry not, there is a small postal parking lot in the back. The store front and inside is well kept and clean; even on rainy days. As with any establishment, there are workers who actually care about their jobs while others just don't give a damn. So, the speed of how fast you get in and out are determined by the one or two workers who are there. For those who have priority, ready to ship boxes, feel free to place them at the counter closest to the entrance. I made the mistake of waiting 20 minutes one time when the worker told me I can drop it off at the end of the counter next time. read more

I should have checked all the negative reviews for passport applications before choosing this location. Believe me it's terrible! Our appointments for 2 people are from 9-9:30am. When we were on time for the appointments, but we could not find the passport processing lady. And I was told that the lady was somewhere in the back office. I was waiting endlessly. Finally, she showed up with bad attitude. End up finishing the process until 10:45 am. Don't come here even with appointments. Take my words seriously! read more

This post office has outstanding customer service. I have been helped by various staff and they are all very helpful with a good attitude about it. Even during stressful busy days like Christmas, they remain calm and ready to help. Lines move fast and they don't buckle under pressure. Im glad this post office is near me. As soon as stepped on the first step I slipped. Somehow the material of my sandals and the type of floor they got makes it real slippery. Please make sure to wear appropriate shoes, I told the front person I was injured and told them to please go check it out, outside to make sure no one else falls... it's been 12 minutes of me waiting here in my car and still no one has came out. read more
