One of the most convenient and organized post office I've ever been to. Not only they have a drive thru mail box that makes it so convenient, they also have a self serve vending machine for your priority mail shipping needs. Plenty of parking, and their lines are never too too long where you get frustrated. (Knock.on.wood)

I paid for 3 lbs was slightly over. And was returned

I have had nothing but PROBLEMS when sending out packages from this post office. Final straw was when I sent out a package to Asia. Paid around $40 for it. Weighed 3lbs and the package was sent back to me because it was a little less than an ounce over!!! SERIOUSLY?! WHAT THE FUCK?! So anyways I spoke to someone there. It happened to be some old lady who was the one who actually rejected the package. She wanted to get all righteous and talk about how many packages she has had to send back for others because they're were overweight etc. I explained to her and showed her the scale that I was one ounce over and why should I have to pay 62.50 as opposed to 40?! To make things better, the tracking was all messed up but she told me I can still use the same label, which stupid me of course I listened to her and now my $300 package is lost and untrackable. I don't know maybe it's time to retire if this job has worn you down. But don't screw up other peoples stuff and costing people money. I'm sure other people who ship packages from here have the same problems. And that old lady is the cause And sorry if you people want to say some technicality bull. My friend who works at a main hub in Anaheim said the package should've went through. I've changed to Artesia and I have have ZERO problems. Matter of fact at artesia, I guess I overpaid for shipping on a few packages and I was sent back some money for overpaying so there you go.

The line is very very super long today. They got one employee working and she is not in a rush to move this line!

Ask the Community - US Post Office

How do I send the reply mail envelope, when it says no stamps required on the top right?

If the reply envelope says "no postage necessary", it's because the business pays the postage--just mail it as if it had a stamp on it.

What happened to the drive-thru drop off mailboxes and the other blue mailbox right outside the entrance door?

They been removed since the beginning of covid.

They are so nice, which is so opposite from the grumpy associates I've seen at other locations.

So now to receive mail we have to go into the post office, which is the most poorly ran post office I have ever seen. There's a line out the door because of how nonchalant and slow they are. I had to show my ID and a previous envelope addressed to me in order to get my mail, for which the clerk, Maria, took out of my hands without my permission and then took out of my sight to her "supervisor," for a period of no less than 10 mins. This is shockingly unethical. I then had to plea in order to get my ID and mail to the supervisor who was extremely rude and said "I'll give it to you when I'm ready." I am not only shocked at the unethical and rude behavior, but the levels of complete disregard for common sense. Not only are they refusing service, they are forcing me to come in to their office for a reason that does not have to do with me or my address, give them my ID and then without explanation or consent, take it behind closed doors for an unsettlingly long time, again without my permission, and then when I ask for it back I get met with extremely grotesque attitude. I hope USPS reads this review and shapes this up immediately Unacceptable

He was having extended conversations and did not apologize to customers for the long wait. Once I walked up to the register he looked at me with an angry face and was rushing me through my process of purchasing a priority mail envelope. He spoke very fast with a thick accent and kept reiterating what I physically saw as prompts on the card reader device. He made me feel uncomfortable. The clerk was possibly Asian, Chinese or Korean. 5"6 male around the ages of 50 +. The clerk was extremely conversational and friendly with the previous customers, but when I walked up his demeanor changed drastically.
